I had a bad experience with one of the baristas short female with black hair and tattoos on her arms. I had order a hot decaf coffee and received a regular coffee. I told her it was wrong. She took my drink and slammed it in the trash with an attitude then took her time to make mine all over again when my drink came up she didn’t call my name out. From a 2 to 3 minute wait,I waited for 10 minutes. There was only 4 people there waiting for their drinks in the morning. Then I hear her talking very rude to her employees and saying cussing words.
I will not go to this location anymore.

Do they seriously think that I’m going to eat this oatmeal with my hand?? I was being polite and even gave the girl on the drive thru a tip just to get to my destination with out a SPOON. On top of that they also didn’t include the agave syrup.Totally ruined my morning!

Absolutely amazing chai. I currently just finished an grande iced gingerbread chai and those iced pumpkin cream chais always hit the spot but wish they came back. Also if you guys know the star bucks in the Tukwila southcenter mall, I beg you not to get a drink there and take your butt to a different coffee store. They don’t know how to spell a simple 8 letter name, let alone know the difference between “chai” and “latte”. And tell that one Indian worker ” Mary Jane ” isnt hard to spell. Anyways have a good day

It’s nothing special but the baristas were kind and got my order out fast. The location is a little off the road so it feels like you aren’t staring at the road. Every time I drive through they are really sweet.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to! I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and the team here is always on point! I never have to wait for orders and they are always accurate! The culture here is amazing, and I am happy to be apart the experience we bring to the customers!! Thank you!!

This is a great place for a quick drink or something to snack on. The Birthday Cake pops are pretty delicious, as suggested by a very nice barista. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I love this location. It is minutes away from my stop and can order ahead. They have my drink ready by the time I get inside. The baristas are very nice and most of them know my name. Good location overall.
