What a great and busy place. The food is great, I just wish they would serve Root beer floats in their traditional A&W Glass mug. Seeing the mascot Rudy there, was fantastic.. my wife fell in love! with him, lol.

A&W located at 780 1st St SE, Richmond MInnesota offers a fun and tasty experience! Great location, easy to find, lots of parking, very clean and friendly staff. The A&W Rootbeer is made on-site with ‘real cane sugar’. Worth a trip and a sweet experience! Well done!

Stopped by on a road trip for lunch. The consistency and color was kind of weird (bluish and alittle gooey ) so I made a visual representation of my burger when I got back home. I didn’t want to complain about it or go somewhere else so I just ate it. Everyone had a pretty good attitude there so I let it ride. Thanks guys.

Everytime I have went through the drive thu they ALWAYS forget my sauce. It sounds small but I go here a good amount and never once have I gotten my sauce.

I’ve used it several times now, place the order on line, drive there, walk inside and the order is ready.
Last time I did this they had an issue with the fries, so I had to wait over 10 minutes.

We are on our way back to the Twin cities and decided to pull off and stopped to get something to eat at NW since we have not been there in many many years.
We were totally blown away on how much the menu has been updated and how much more you guys are offering for food.
What we really like those that we got our food pretty much pretty fast, and also that you guys had A&W souvenirs for sale. We bought some and couldn’t be happier.
So not only great food for the area but also souvenirs from A&w which are hard to find.
You’re not closed that store keep it going
And of course. The Root beer was totally awesome
