I went to Taco Bell on (Winchester) today and ordered two Doritos Locos taco supreme, with cheese and sour cream and when I get home and take a Bite, THERES NO MEAT AND HALF THE SHELL IS MISSING AND BROKEN??! That’s like me going to McDonald’s and asking for a cheeseburger with just cheese on it and they give me a sandwich with just the bun and cheese. Come on, gotta do better. The lady upfront was kinda nice when I came back and told her what happened. I didn’t get a refund, but she had great customer service.

Dined in for lunch this week, and the employee was in the kitchen WITH GLOVES ON using her phone. I have had several issues with this Taco Bell’s infection control. Having the same pair of gloves on at the drive thru window while touching money, cash register, screen, and making food WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES. Train your workers properly and don’t be gross.

This place was amazing for the first few months but has progressively gotten worse. I am done after tonight. Last time we ordered the tacos came completely soggy. Tonight they gave me doritos locos tacos with broken shells and hardly anything on them at all. This place needs better management/ownership if this is the type of product they’re going to continue putting out. Very disappointing because I love Taco Bell.

It was ok, what you expect from fast food. Better than other taco Bell locations but it really depends on the day/time you go at most TBs. Prices are ridiculous at TB now, I almost never go because of it. They also upcharge for chicken and I have a beef allergy.

I think it would have been faster to buy a chick, let it grow up, and make it by scratch myself. I’ve also watched them mess us the last 3 orders in a row. It’s impressively bad. It takes effort to mess literally everything up.

The nuggets are my favorite item on the menu and I knew something was up When I was told it would take 10 minutes for them to be done. I’ve worked fast food before and I know for certain that, unless the temperatures at a low setting, it does not take 10 minutes. To my utmost surprise, they in fact did and were SUPER dry and didn’t even taste good, even with sauce. I had these yesterday at the airport rd location, cooked fresh, and were vastly superior.
From this point on I’m leaving a mark at any Taco Bell I go to and buy nuggets on whether or not they know how to actually cook these things properly. This CANNOT keep happening

Terrible experience. Lady manager mad at me because I wanted to order at the counter. She’s complaining the whole time and then gets my order wrong. Even the chips were burned. I think they should fire her and get a teenager to do her job. It’d be better for everyone.

This has hugely improved over how this place was last year. I swore I would never come back my last experience with awful food and a cashier that was so high he could not take the order.
My only complaint this time would be that the tacos were a little slight in the beef filling. They were otherwise made well this time and not broken. The dining area was clean. I will come back. The current management should be proud to make this improvement.

One word, TERRIBLE! There were five workers in the back, two empty registers, and two self ordering kiosk (YOU ARE EXPECTED TO USE and was told to do so). I watched people stand in front of the registers for over 10min without being helped! The workers are rude and don’t care about customer service. I watched a worker eat food while preparing orders. They were singing and dancing with inappropriate words (cursing). I watched the worker give away free food to a friend that just walks in and asks for a taco. I heard the entire conversation. The owner of this location needs to take a look at the day to day operations. They are losing money and customers. I’m not sure how they stay in business… another one star review to add to the collection… SMH..

Ppl make mistakes, I understand that. It happens! But what I don’t understand is how an employee can handle food an not realize it’s holding time has expired ( cold & hard)… I ordered 2 chalupa boxes.. both chalupas was cold an hard, neither was eatable. I waited in line in drive thru for 35 minutes from pulling in to receiving my food, just to receive old, hard food.. Mgmt needs to put boundaries up between socializing an work place behavior! Such as you can be friends outside of work but at work, mgmt needs to discipline, and lead the crew to success not failure.. Lead by example! This was at lunch time on a Saturday, so being busy was to be expected. But considering how busy this establishment was inside an drive thru, absolutely No reason as to how it would be possible to hand out cold food except by carelessness! This location has only been opened for a very short period of time, and has already established a bad reputation..
