Ladies and gentlemen, today was a sad day in Customer service land for Arby’s in Poteau. The time range was approximately 145 so after lunch!! My husband and I went to Arby’s because I craved the curly fries. I ordered a large. I expected to get that tall box of curly fries that Arby’s is known for but not anymore!! A medium is now a large. I am disappointed that they only carry 3 roast beef sandwiches on the menu. Arby’s actually stands for AMERICA’S ROAST BEEF, YES SIR. So WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BEEF? It’s chicken and turkey and crinkle fries and cheese sticks. Yes curly fries are still on the menu but second to the crinkle fries. This store apparently needs another employee or two because the floor was filthy in the dining room. The receipts that have ur name on top and ur order with the number, well they gave us the wrong ticket completely the first time. When my husband took it back up there it was okay, we sat and waited 15 minutes for our meal and we still had not been called. My husband went up to check on it and it had been just setting there; we don’t know how long, he questioned the girl in the front if it was our order she had the name wrong yet she was argumentative. Yes it was our meal. The gentleman who was there with her apologized to my husband. Our food was barely warm when we got it. We ate in. It was a bad experience overall. I really hope everyone else has a good experience there today.

Worst arbys I got the brisket and it was messy nothing really on it that was supposed ro be and 9 dollars for a sandwich I drove 1 hour to get. Never at rhis location . Awful 3 bites and threw it away

I was just there to pick up some late night food, and there were a couple of girls working tonight, maybe someone else in the kitchen. It was the fastest service we’ve had while visiting some family up here. They were nice, quick, and straight to the point. The only thing faster than their service in Poteau would be someone’s rent money going to a casino. So, manager, please give the highest regards of thanks to those that were on staff this night for closing and make sure they get some sort of employee appreciation like gift cards or something they deserve it.

I gave it 2 stars because usually the food is good but today the fries were cold and hard, asked for fresh ones that were not hard. Got fresh but overcooked fries. Then I ordered a regular roast beef slider and got on with cheese on it. Not sure if I’ll come back or not yet..if I do it won’t be anytime soon

Fairly decent service considering they were kids. We asked for it to go, they tried to give it to us on a tray, when we asked them to bag it up to take it with us we asked for some ketchup. Once we got on the truck to start eating we realized they only gave us one packet of ketchup for two people.

It was just Okay.
The place smelled like old grease when we went in, which is always a red flag.
My husband got the corned beef rueben, and all the meat was piled in the center and not spread out across the bread.
Our daughter got the breaded chicken sandwich, and she only ate part of it because all the breading was soggy, like it had been microwaved.
Service
It was probably 3ish when we got there. We did stand and wait at the unattended cash register for several minutes before anyone came to the front.

There was only 1 other person in the dining area, and he got there after us.

My friend and I ate here Friday. Tried the 2 for 6 meal. 1 classic roast beef and 1 chicken sandwich. Very good. Plus bought more classics for 4/10. To take home. Only issue can only afford when they offer items on sale. Food items alway taste great.
