On November 26, 2025, I arrived at the establishment at approximately 7:40 PM and placed an order for one pepperoni pizza. I asked the cashier how long the order would take, and she stated it would be ready within 10–15 minutes. I agreed and returned to my vehicle to wait.

After the stated wait time passed, I went back inside. No one acknowledged me, so I sat and continued waiting. By 8:25 PM approximately 45 minutes after placing my orderI requested a refund due to the excessive delay, especially since customers who ordered after me were receiving their food.

Once I asked for a refund, the employees suddenly told me that my pizza was ready. I informed them that I no longer wanted the pizza and that I was requesting a refund because of the unreasonable wait time and lack of service.

The cashier told me she could not issue a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, but my request was ignored. Another employee then came over and repeated that a refund could not be issued. I was asked for my receipt, which I provided, and the employee wrote down my first and last name as well as my phone number in a book.

When I asked for the employee’s name, she did not reply. My receipt was sitting on the counter, and when I reached to retrieve it, the employee snatched it out of my hand and walked away. I then asked another worker if I could have my receipt returned.

Throughout this interaction, the employee was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple order, was denied a refund without explanation, and was treated poorly when attempting to resolve the situation.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bunch of young, non informative, un understanding children running this store. My kids and I came in and they were just picked up from daycare. A little rambunctious, but not anything out of this world. They were being kids, actually playing with each other instead of fighting. The guy comes out from the back and tells me I’m going to have to ask you to leave if they don’t settle down. Ummm… excuse me? No your not, I’ve Already paid for my food. So I sent my kids out to the car, extremely too young to be sitting in the vehicle with it running and it’s 35° out… had a talk with them and brought them back in… but the nerve and gal. The most we would’ve been there was 15 minutes. They charge now a state and city tax on top of local taxes. What a joke. I’ll never spend my money here again!!

I dont know the name of the woman working there this morning but she is like a well oiled MACHINE in that kitchen. It was crazy watching her multi-task like an octopus while still managing to provide top tier customer service. She said her daughter works at Little Caesars too. This was a pleasant and speedy experience and the pizza was perfect too.

I purchased the Pretzel crust cheese sauce cheese & pepperoni pizza, Pepperoni pizza bites cheese sticks and pepperoni pizza.the cheese sauce is different, a little spicy but good. I wish there was double pepperoni on it. The pepperoni pizza is great. The bread sticks come with a xlg sauce. Great value for the meal fresh made and easy pick up. Great customer service.

Manager was less than pleasant, took 45 minutes and the lobby was empty when I came in. This is the second other on less than a month the food is trash will not be returning to this location. Looks like they threw a quarter cup of cheese on a large pizza.

Waited over 20 minutes for two pizzas. Once we opened the boxes, we realized they didn’t even slice them! It was quite a pain to slice them with a plastic gas station knife. What ever happened to Hot and Ready pizzas that were sliced?! This place clearly doesn’t care at all.

This store has very bad customer service and argumentive management. Me and my sister were treated improper by management she said she was in charge of stores in this area.
We seen her mistreat her employee also by yelling at her in front of customers. Our pizza was not made right and we have photos of saturated grease on the box which leaked on our counters. The sauce
was very tasteless and the pretzel pizza was nasty sauce instead of cheese sauce. My dad to was very upset and he use to love little ceaser but the flavor was not.up to par and the crust was missing .something else we couldn’t get a hold of someone besides the management that treated us unfairly.

Found a blondish long hair in my food, food is usually not cooked well enough or is nothing but grease.

Go to the one on Division with the drive thru. Never had any issues at that one. Definitely lost me as a customer at this location. This spot is located in a rough area as well.

We have went in 2 times, each time the man working has not wanted to do his job. He told a customer right in front of me that he “didn’t even start his order yet” and sent him back outside to wait. (this was a pickup order.) He complains about how there is only 2 people closing and he is frustrated with all the customers. In my opinion there should be a sign that says “not accepting more orders at this time” instead of him telling customers to seek service elsewhere. It’s very unprofessional. I understand being understaffed but that’s not an excuse to treat your customers poorly and refuse service. it’s laziness.
