I pulled in the drive thru at 5:25pm today, Saturday. After waiting for 5 minutes with no greeting even after I said hello a couple times, I pull to the window. No one standing around or checking the window. Finally I pull around the front. I see 2 workers standing together in the front watching me pull around. So I drive back through nice more. Nothing again. Seems like this location could use some management and training.
Update to post:
So apparently they were closed tonight due to a roach infestation. There was a notice of closure posted on their door. Permit suspended due to roaches Guess I’m glad I didn’t get any food after all!

Went through the drive thru with a few cars in front of us. We waited for several minutes before they were ready to take our order. We ordered and moved forward. We waited for 30 minutes with cars behind us and in front. We fortunately had a turn of luck when the person behind us got tired of waiting and pulled out of the drive thru. The vehicle behind them also left giving us enough room and time to back out and leave as well. They also were smoking Marijuana outside the back door which we could smell from where we were waiting in the drive thru lane. We did not eat during this visit due to these issues.

Tried to order food and paid with 100 dollar bill and sat in drive through for over 20mins. Never got my food. Finally got my my money back. No apology or food or nothing. Very unprofessional. Called cops thinking my money was fake. Cops laughed at them. Still no apology or food. I took my money elsewhere. Manager was not professional at all.

Restaurant looked inviting from the outside, but the inside was a different story. The place was extremely dirty in all aspects, from the dining room to the restroom. The food was decent at best. Smashburger type sandwiches tasted premade, and fries were cold. The only thing hot n fresh were the onion rings. The dessert custard was good out of all of it. Furniture inside was broken and busted in places, trash, and stained/sticky floors. The staff was at least somewhat friendly and helpful. I would probably give the chain another try but not at this location.

Place was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The floors were so greasy that you almost fell walking around the place. Soda machine was out of 4 different sodas. Trash on the foors and under the tables. Workers just standing around watching the clock. Manger seemed to not care.
Hamburger was ok but the fries were ice cold and hard as a rock.
I like Freddy’s but this is the third one that was in terrible condition. They need to hire better managers to get the workers to work.

Got in there as soon as they opened (first customers in <3 ) and got our food pretty fast :) they had my and my momma's burgers/sides flipped, but that's an easy lil switch.
There was a woman that came in a couple minutes later complaining about how the want any ice, and personally I think it was just dramatic.

This place was nasty, love the food at these restaurants but this one was so dirty, I think it’s to the point, it needs a pressure washer inside to clean everything. And the cashier was not someone you want as your front man. Somewhat a nice guy but tattoos and piercings and long hair. I think this place is trying to compete with Five Guys next door to them on how dirty can we get.

Food was cold, wet soggy buns. The fries were small broken burnt pieces. The 6 employees standing in the kitchen were more concerned with eating than they were with doing anything else. The place was filthy to say it nicely. This will undoubtedly be the last time I eat here.

I thought the food was very good. I had the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. My wife thought the fries were okay but enjoyed her prime steakburger without the bun and sauce, since she has allergies. $26.90 total is about the same as most fast food places.
