We ordered three large pizzas. When my husband arrived to pick them up, one of the pizzas had to be remade. Once we returned home, I discovered hair in my pizza. Because it was already late at night, I decided to call the next morning to speak with a manager.
When I spoke with a manager who identified himself as Mr. English, instead of addressing my concern professionally, he questioned why I “waited until now” to call. While I was explaining that it was late when we received the order, he repeatedly interrupted me, saying “Roger that,” in a dismissive tone. He also stated that he needed to make sure his employees were safe, which felt inappropriate and accusatory, as I was simply reporting a food quality issue.
The customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. I was not hostile or disrespectful I only wanted to report the issue and seek resolution. Being spoken to in that manner was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Pizza Hut pizza is our favorite so we go there all the time for takeout. Food is almost always perfect. Service has on occasion been pretty slow, but new management has improved that a little.

Ordered 1 pizza for carry out on the app and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. It took 30 minutes and they weren’t busy. Pizza wasn’t even hot and I’m not sure why. The lady making the pizza had no gloves on and no hair net. This is why I never go to Pizza Hut and I won’t be going back.

Horrible experience. Ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food and all of it was terrible. My mom simply ordered a large thin crust, half cheese half super supreme no pork or bacon, it was full of both and the cheese pizza was as if it was a teaspoon of marinara on it. The only thing they did get right was a 6 piece naked wing. I reached out to customer service to in the least get my money back and it has been being “escalated” for over a week now, with the agent literally rushing me off all the way. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The first time I went here the pizza was amazing; however, this last time I went I ordered the New Yorker and it ended up being super dry with hardly any sauce, and the pizza was nearly inedible. It felt like it was just thin, crispy bread surrounded by thicker, crunchier bread with nothing on it. I can’t say I would order it from here again because of the inconsistency. It’s a flip of a coin if it’s a very good experience or a lackluster one.

This was a rare treat. No Pizza Huts open in our area anymore. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
The pizza was excellent as usual. The bedsticks delicious. It looks like it may have opened recently. Dine in or take out. Easy in and out parking. If you are in the area and love Pizza Hut stop in here.

I ordered a few personal pan pizzas. They were disgusting. Cold, dry over cooked . Tbh they even looked old. Idk it tasted weird. I couldn’t even eat it It was really nasty. Along with when picking up my order I went in store and there was a woman waiting to pick up as well. The worker was rude to her and that I didn’t appreciate .she left us standing there just attending to the phone and did not acknowledge us. When The woman walked out the lady behind the counter which I think was a manager made negative comments about her. I work in customer service. I am the general manager of a food place and the behavior and service was disgusting as well as the food, disgusting. I don’t even wanna come to this location anymore.

This by far is the best pizza hut in the Henry county area. The staff is always friendly and professional. My pepperoni personal pans are always cooked to perfection with an ample amount of pepperoni (more than 1 pepperoni on a slice). They are remodeling right now, looking forward to the finished product.

Today I ordered some food from this location for delivery through the app. It was easy and simple. I did make the mistake of choosing the wrong flavor for my 8 piece boneless breaded wings. So I called the number listed for this store and I spoke with a nice young woman named Shannon G. I told her I wanted garlic parmesan instead of the medium buffalo sauce. Shannon was so patient and helpful. She assured me that I would be accommodated. The food was here in 20 minutes and everything was correct! I’m glad I ordered the lunch special. This is definitely my favorite location from now on!

Our class ordered 8 pizzas, bread sticks, and wings for a pizza party. The order was placed and paid for the day before the party, a $25 tip was left for the delivery driver. We arrange for the pizza to be there for the children by the time dinner is usually served, at 5. The day of the party, about 12 minutes after 5, we receive a text from the door dash driver saying they are still waiting on the order and that they had just started making it. I had to call and cancel our order because by the time the pizza would’ve been made and delivered, it would be too late. Dinner would be over and most the children would have been picked up. The cafeteria staff did not prepare dinner for our class, as we were supposed to have had pizza. We had to explain to the parents why their children were hungry and didn’t eat dinner. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing.
