Revolution Woodfire Grille is a fabulous Restaurant! You MUST outside dine! It’s a great place for a group or couples to enjoy the atmosphere! The food is wonderful and perfect portions. I highly recommend! Also Andrew, our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the history of the restaurant!

Had reservations with a friend for Friday at 6:30 and the place wasn’t busy at all. Food arrived in a timely manner and our waitress was cool.

Got 2 cocktails and both of them were nice and boozy. Not that sweet which is great and the juices were fresh.

For apps we got the wood oven roasted Maine mussels. These were fresh and delicious and the mussels were big. Only thing I found kinda odd was the one piece of bread. Were we supposed to fight over it? Definitely need at least 2 for guests…

For the entree I got the hanger steak special. It comes with red wine sauce and a seasoned butter on top of the steak. I think the steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned wonderfully. The sauce definitely elevated the steak flavor. I opted to remove the butter on top, definitely didn’t need it.

For sides we got the creme fraiche mashed potatoes and the white truffle mac and cheese. I think the portion sizes are a bit small to be shared but otherwise both were delicious. The mashed potatoes was smooth and not too rich. The mac and cheese had really nice flavor to it and good texture.

Looking forward to coming back and trying the other dishes.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food, service, drinks, and ambiance were perfect! Can’t even think of anything negative. James was our server and made the night fantastic!

Goat cheese appetizer- the flavors of the goat cheese and tomato was delicious and left us wanting to lick the bowl.

Shells and sausage entree was another star. Fresh made pasta cooked to perfection

Filet was a perfect med rare with great flavor

Cappuccino crème brûlée and dark chocolate mousse- both were light, creamy and absolutely delirious

Visited this restaurant for the first time and was extremely impressed.
Right off the bat, the restaurant felt welcoming and warm (or maybe that was just the wood-fired grill haha) and the service the entire time was phenomenal. Our waiter was a real professional who genuinely cared about us having a great time.
This is primarily a steakhouse type of place but I’d advise anyone to also try some of their other interesting starters and sides because the chef is really talented. I had a Spanish-style octopus starter with chorizo, olives, potatoes and watercress, and also with my steak a grilled cauliflower with chimichurri side. Both really great.
Lastly, I’d mention that this place seems super accommodating and appropriate to all diners which is really nice. We were there with our one year old but there were also groups of friends, people on dates, etc and everyone felt like they belonged and were treated great. Just really good vibes.

Everything was delicious! I have been dreaming of the pasta with shrimp and scallops ever since I tried it not picture here but we got the rib eye too. Cooked to perfection we ate every last bite! We will be back next time to try dessert it looks delicious!

The complimentary bread was amazing. The burger was also very good. The mashed and the asparagus sides were extra. Staff were superb. Just kinda pricey for the food and portion sizes of the sides.

This was truly one of the most pleasant and delicious meals we’ve had in a long while! Sheer perfection – and we’re not related in any way to anyone here! Our server, Jared was awesome. The restaurant is roomy and set overlooking a canal, with several large rooms. The wood burning oven is the star imparting incredible flavours to everything. We shared the Caesar salad with homemade dressing, one of the best ever. Lemony, light, creamy and fresh. We each ordered grilled Scottish salmon which melts in your mouth. And dessert was this decadent rum apple cake to die for. Treat yourself and try it out. We can’t wait to go back!

We went to Revolution for lunch and were very impressed. All of the food was great but the wood fired Scottish salmon and steak frites were especially good. They were finished perfectly, at the right temperature, and seasoned well but not too much.

Hope you can all visit this cozy little restaurant – it’s the ideal date night destination. The atmosphere was perfect, and our server, Andrew, was charming. All the desserts are made in-house… I had the best basque cheesecake ever!
