I’m not a college student, but we tried it out anyway based on reviews. I’m vegetarian and I got the sesame tofu bowl and it was amazing! I normally don’t finish my meals when I’m out and usually come home with leftovers, but I ate 100% of this dish and even finished mine before my friend finished his, which never happens.
It didn’t stay super hot throughout the eating process but maybe that’s because it was served in a disposable container and not glass.
I will definitely be going back for this specific dish again! Mmmmmm….

This place was very small. Only 3 tables and 2 bar seating area. Because it’s a family run business they don’t have a waitress so make sure that you clean up after yourself. Ordered the soup dumplings, sour and spicy glass noodles, beef noodle soup, and the pork belly over rice. The soup dumplings were AMAZING! I loved the way they tasted and there was actually broth inside them. They were kind of small so that was sad but the flavor was great! The sour and spicy glass noodles were really sour so if you don’t like super sour things, I don’t suggest getting it. Otherwise it was good as well. The beef noodle soup was great with extra soy sauce to give it more pow! Lol the pork belly wasn’t salty enough so I added soy sauce to give it even more flavor and salt. It was great! Even though all the food was good, I’m only giving it a 4/5 because of the cleanliness of the place is really lacking.

PLEASE EAT HERE. This place is cheap, quick, authentic, and offers such a variety of Chinese foods including delicious vegetarian options!! AND you get a stamp card, on which you can receive a free side, discounts, and more. There are the classic Chinese American foods that you crave as well as classic Chinese foods like hot and sour noodles and black beans noodles. The family that runs this restaurant is so kind, and the service is always great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Please support them.

Friendly service, cute unassuming space. Unfortunately underwhelming food. I got dumplings and the beef short ribs with rice. It was mostly just rice with some pieces of tough meat and a mostly flavorless gelatinous sauce.

Was really excited to try this place as a friend raved about it. Maybe I caught them on an off day. I’ll try it again and order something different.

Pretty good hole in the wall for authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Beef noodle soup was decent, certainly not the best I’ve had.

Pretty good price point too, with that said, portions are a bit small. You probably need a couple items to get full.

It’s not a bad spot for quick Taiwanese, if you don’t feel like making the trip into Denver.

I work next to their old location. My coworkers and I are definitely sad that they moved to the hill. Today we went there for lunch. I ordered the wonton duck noodle soup. It was still as amazing as before. Their broth was so good. One of the few restaurants that I drink all of the broth.

Nice and savory, mostly-authentic soups and dumplings. I probably will come back and try the shortrib, that one sounds a little better. I got the Taiwanese beef soup and there wasn’t quite enough meat in there for me but the broth was delicious. The dumplings are just steamed. I prefer fried but ayoooo!

I ordered the vegetarian dan dan noodles. They were superb. They came in a savory vegetarian broth with oil. I normally don’t like vegetarian dishes, but the flavor in the texture was so superior that I didn’t mind. Strongly recommended.

This place is so so good. Ignore the 4.2 stars, this place is really delicious. The tables are a little dirty but the food is awesome. Also it’s really cheap, around 10.5 dollars for a bowl of noodles. Tastes really authentic too!
