Ordered 2 kids meals with chocolate milk and fruit. Only after paying and receiving our food then we were told they were out of chocolate milk. Was replaced with a juice box, but i didnt feel like I had any other choice. Neither kids meal came with a toy. We were also given fries instead of fruit. I tried to call to explain, but nobody answered. It wasnt busy when we were there.

The website says that they’re open until midnight. I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30 pm and no one was there. The lights were on inside, but no one answered and there were no vehicles in the parking lot. The location looked the exact same at 7:30 pm the next day.
I’d suggest just going somewhere else in the area for food if you’re hungry.

This Wendy’s location has really gone down hill recently. I’ve gone here about 5 times in the past month and, I kid you not, every single time I just sat at the drive thru for a good 5+ minutes before having my order taken, despite my vocal attempts at alerting the employees to my presence and the fact that I was the only person there. Employees are always “meh” or just straight up rude. Nuggets and fries are pretty much always stale and lukewarm. Employees sometimes forget to put a spoon or straw in my bag when I order a drink or frosty. Would not recommend this location.

Didn’t even order food because I went in and the bathroom was nasty and no toilet paper in either stall. Do you know how long it would take for all the toilet paper to be used? The big rolls. Do better. Clean the toilets now and then.

I sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes before anyone said anything they didn’t even day to take a look at the menu or that it would be a minute. It was silent . It then took them an additional almost 8 minutes to get my food to me. They wouldn’t take another order until the 1 car in the drivethru ahead of me got their food. This is at 1:00PM. Not at an unreasonable time of night. When attempting to call. Their phone went straight to voice mail. This place shouldn’t be open at this rate.

Don’t be in customer service if you can’t be polite and positive in your roll, I’d suggest to get a factory job. Just left on Tuesday October 28th, at 315. Whoever was working the window and taking orders needs to be retrained. Sad part is he looked like a manager so doubt they care!!

Used to be a good Wendy’s. I was the only one in the drive through, no cars in parking lot, had to pull forward to wait even though no one was behind me. Food was cold. Chicken nuggets were a mix of not full sized nuggets (like bottom of the bag) and spicy. I ordered regular. Girl took my phone to scan and had it for a minute, but no points were received. I ordered the Misfortune Meal and wasted $10.
Hopefully they can turn it around again because it really did used to be a great Wendy’s.
Went in the afternoon, shortly before 5, on a Sunday.

I ordered the Parmesan Caesar Salad. Wendy’s has to do better!! Wilted lettuce, not much cheese and dried chicken! I bet if an employee wanted this kind of salad it would look nothing like what you give your paying customers!
