Local coffee roaster and restaurant serving breakfast and lunch until 3pm, and coffee until 6pm. We have a variety of breakfasts from house made waffles or breakfast sandwiches. Our lunch consists of a variety of wonderful sandwiches with top quality meats, cheeses, and toppings in great combinations. Finally our master barista comes up with special coffee drinks each month so there is always something new to try. We hope to see you.

This is a very cute coffee shop, we really liked the ambiance, and the customers and staff were all very pleasant. We tried the Crème Brûlée latte, which was honestly amazing and I would definitely have it again. We also tried the Yuletide mocha, which had rosemary simple syrup and orange zest, definitely worth trying and very unique. Their egg salad sandwich, the “eggcellent sandwich” was full of flavor and had a nice spice to it that I didn’t expect. Very glad that we stopped in, it’s a very nice establishment and has different types of comfortable seating in a relaxed environment.

We were heading out of town for a girls trip and stumbled upon The Coffee Collective, and I’m so glad we did! Nestled in a charming downtown area, this spot not only boasts a cozy atmosphere but also has an incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel right at home.
The place was buzzing with activity, which is always a good sign, and after tasting the food and coffee, I completely understand why it’s so popular! Each of us enjoyed our meals, and the coffee was simply divine. A few of us even live within driving distance and are already planning our return visit!

Excellent coffee and special drinks. Quiet, laid back, and relaxing atmosphere. Good breakfast (or lunch) and quality baked goods. I was very happy to see customers drinking coffee and talking, not with a laptop on their table taking up space. Customer service was awesome and made you feel welcome. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

We stopped in right before closing on a Saturday to get a coffee after dinner. I asked for suggestions as I was traveling through and new to their shop and settled on a sugar free hazelnut latte with almond milk. She was thoughtful enough to ask if I wanted the 3 shots of espresso which I very much appreciated because I prefer lighter roasts and went with 2. This was one of the best lattes I have had in a very long time! Absolutely perfect! Wish I lived here.

This place is a hidden gem. The coffee is amazing. It is honestly the best coffee I have had since I left Australia 4 years ago. We just moved here from Florida a few weeks back and it’s mostly inundated with Starbucks and average coffee shops there. This place roasts their own beans which you can also purchase to take home. The sandwiches are also delicious. And the staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

my wife and I found this shop while passing through. the owners (mother daughter, dad helps out) are warm and knowledgeable. took time with me to explain different coffee preparations ultimately made me exactly what I was looking for. they roast their own. in our 1000 mile journey (large and small towns)they were among the best experience. worth going out of your way to stop in.
