I was waiting for long time in line with granddaughter and was getting impatient. right when i got to the window there was a young girl i forgot her name i think Anica but she was so sweet to us, apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. She cracked a joke that made us laugh and we completely forgot all about the wait. Definitely will be back to see her she is wonderful

offe onlyr one bathroom, IT SHOULD NOT BE THE ONE WITH A FREAKING OPEN URINAL! Twice, I walked in on 2 idiots who didn’t think to lock the stupid door; resulting in me having to see one pissing all over the floor, and another one running his fingers through his hair and I do not at all mean the small batch on his head! After seeing that, and smelling how filthy you allow the one bathroom to be, I had to cancel my order because I had completely lost my appetite!

Used the drive thru and the service was fast and accurate. I would like to acknowledge the young man working the window, according to my receipt his name is Jacob B, when he handed me my food I said “thank you very much” and he responded with one of the most genuine smiles I’ve ever encountered then told me “you are welcome sir”. Maybe if the franchise owner reads this review he could give this kid a pat on the back because he is making your business……..better. So many times I’ve gone thru a drive thru only to leave feeling like I was a burden on the people working the window, this guy “gets it”. I live one block away from this store and will definitely be future customer. It was 11:45pm on Dec 26th.

Nearly every single time I have ordered here my order has been messed up. Either it is something not grilled, tomatoes added when i specifically asked for none, etc. The regular managers are alright but Amber was and is so consistently rude.

This Taco Bell is one of the best in the Lodi period. I know we only have a couple, but living close to Stockton & another surrounding city this is the best one in my own opinion. Always very clean staff is excellent & overall great dining in or carry-out.

I had a very bad experience at this Taco Bell. The drive-thru was very busy with many cars, but when I reached the window, the employee was extremely rude. They refused to give me my order and even hit my car, behaving very disrespectfully. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

I picked up a bunch of tacos and a couple of burritos. 16 tacos and 2 burritos. They only gave me 6 hot sauce packets. They also asked if I wanted to round up the price they charged me for charity. I said no but they did it anyway. The food was good though.
