I placed a decent sized mobile order. When I got home, I realized the most expensive item was missing. (I probably drove off too fast at the drive thru) I went back inside and showed my receipt. Not only did they prepare the missing item fresh (and souped it up nicely) but they also gave me a few coupons as well. They were very helpful and friendly, and every time I go to this location (which is pretty frequently) the service is incredible.

Only gave one star because I had to. Went tonight and they didn’t have what we wanted, they always seem to be out of chilli. So we ordered 3 of the $5 nacho fries boxes that contain nacho fries, Doritos taco, and a 5-layer burrito. We also ordered an extra 5-layer burrito. Had to pull around the front and wait 15 minutes to even Get our order. Get home and the “burritos” are all tortillas, hard ones at that. They did not even enough filling to even dip a chip into much less make a burrito. No nacho cheese between tortillas, a tiny smear of meat and even smaller smear of beans. More sour cream inside than anything else. Seriously disappointed and a waste of $20.
