Went to this Pizza Hut to get two items 16 piece boneless wings and a pepperoni pizza. The cashier doesn’t seem to know how to do his job or he is trying to pull a quick scam on either the customers or the restaurant its self because he charged me 30$ so I gave him 40$ and he gave me back 10$ and some change for the wings and pizza and when I asked for the receipt he handed me a 10$ receipt for the pizza which only said I paid with 20$ instead of the 40$ I originally gave him and then didn’t want to give me a receipt for the wings which was 16.99. He also told me that he was only taking cash because I didn’t tell him I was going to use my card and I had already placed a big order so he couldn’t redo it but I only ordered 2 items lol!

This location sucks. Over the 20 years I tried going here every time always a problem. From wrong order to overcharging and just recently and seems what keeps happening the most my pizza was mostly bread yet again barely any cheese and toppings with one of them being a stuff crust which was the only cheese that had the most. Every few years I come back to this location as it’s close to me hoping no more problems but it continues. I’m also thinking it was in retaliation since I didn’t tip even though I was picking it up. I’ll try again maybe in 3 or 5 years they need better workers at this location.

There should be a negative 10 stars option. I ordered online delivery which took more than an hour to get delivered and when it finally did the DoorDash driver threw it outside my door and left the pizza looking like this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. 8 days later and still haven’t received a refund for this.

Was suppose to give me credit back due to no cheese on some slices. They never did. They cancel orders at 10:20 due to them not wanting to work past 11. Then hang up in your face acting like they didn’t. Trash customer service. Obviously trash workers

Had a large thin & crispy double cheese, pepperoni, beef, black olive, and jalapeño with the Hershey’s brownie. As a teenager I worked at three different Pizza Huts in the 70’s in the Baytown area. This particular one puts out good pizzas over 90% of the time. It is in a convenient location but the parking is quite limited. The staff is responsive and usually good. I’ve been eating here off and on for the past twenty years so it must be fairly good to keep my business. I recommend always getting double cheese on the thin and crispy versions. Their soft drink machine is frequently out of order so you might be offered a 20oz drink in a plastic bottle that you can take with you. The Hershey’s brownie was very good.
I will be eating here again on my next stop in Houston. Also this location is not too far from Hobby Airport.

I had such an AMAZING service at this location on today . The lady at the front desk was very helpful and was doing everything such as cutting pizza and helping customers !! She was helpful all around

I ordered a pizza tonight and I’m very disappointed in what I got. I was supposed to have a THIN and CRISPY pizza cut into squares and what I got was a greasy and flimsy pizza that was not cut into squares. Half of it wasn’t cut at all! Why have us add special requests if you’re just going to ignore it and do what you want?! Never ordering from there again. I’d rather go to PaPa John’s.
Update: Pizza Hut Customer Service reached out to me on June 8th telling me I would get 2 coupons in 7 to 10 business days, and of course 2 weeks later….. NOTHING. So needless to say I won’t be ordering from them again. I think they could really care less anyway!
