The Stork Got Lost
If you like smash burgers this is it!!! We stopped on a whim and were so glad we did. The restaurant is located in the main lodge of the Oddesey Resort complex.
Food was delicious, with care in craftsmanship and quality ingredients. It was the perfect meal after a long hike. I enjoyed the Odyssey burger and a Carmel Apple Soda float! Great selection of local beers and beautiful views of the lake!

First time visiting, and we’ll definitely be back again. Their patty melt on the cranberry wild rice bread was awesome. My husband was raving about the Tugboat burger also. Service was very friendly and attentive. Can’t beat the view either.

I recently checked out Lake Superior Burger Company, and it was a tasty experience! I tried the Tamarac smash burger, hot honey Brussels sprouts, and a Mai Tai—all of which were really good. The flavors were on point, and I left satisfied.
One of the highlights of this spot is the patio, which offers beautiful views of Lake Superior. I definitely recommend sitting outside if you can—it really enhances the experience. The parking is decent, though keep in mind this place is located within a resort.
Service, however, was a bit of a mixed bag. My +1 requested no tomato on her sandwich, but it came with tomato anyway. There were only about 8 tables occupied, with roughly 4-6 servers, but they all seemed highly stressed for some reason. Hopefully, they can work out these kinks because the food here is pretty good.

Loved the view from the patio. They do not take reservations, but we got lucky. The food was fresh and tasty, drinks were average though. Will recommend if you are looking for a place with a view.

The view of the lake was great! The burgers and kids meal that we ordered were great and were large portions. At the same time, it’s a bit spendy at the same time. They are short staffed at the moment most likely due to the season however I’m not entirely sure. I overheard the bartender telling the one server that they were out of a lot of things. Again, not positive but I’m assuming it’s for one, because of the season. And two, there was a wedding on Saturday that might have contributed to the shortage. The menu was not that big but the food that we did order was again, tasteful.

Great find, wasn’t busy on a Saturday at Noon! Beautiful views of lake, good service and tasty food! A little spendy but huge adult portions . Affordable kids meals. It’s a fancy smash burger style of burger joint with fun options. My only complaint was there was noticeable char on my smash burger which was all I could taste and not really my style. Not sure if this is the usual here or just the cook today.

Really loved the atmosphere of this restaurant overlooking beautiful Lake Superior. They did have a kid’s menu which was great for our 2 children. My wife & I both ordered smash burgers off of the main menu. We both loved our burgers, and I think mine was possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. I got the Tamarac burger and it was absolutely sumptuous let me tell you. There was something about the dijon curry sauce that was utterly delightful and perfectly complementary to the burger as well as the shaved prime rib. Service was great between friendliness along with promptness. I really liked how our burgers were served too, on these neat little metal trays. Would love to come back even if not staying at the lodge.

Great food with a spectacular view of Lake Superior! Patrice was very friendly and quick to offer suggestions. The cheese curds were great! as was the Peri Peri Chicken Salad. Will definitely be back!

Our server was attentive AND the food was good ~~ especially the caramel apple float and the patty melt! Very pleasantly surprised, and I would love to go again 🙂
