1st timer here. My dear friend speaks about them and suggested she bring home a couple of sub sandwiches. I’m glad she did. Nice and clean with awesome service ( )! I ordered the ft long turkey / bacon club on wheat w chips. She ordered the Philly Cheesecake on wheat. My sub was very well made. It was nicely prepared sub, solid & meaty. The slightly toasted bread was wonderfully complimented with crunchy & fresh ingredients. I specifically request *xTRA lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, peppers, olives, and a little oil. I could tell from the first bite that the sandwich was definitely made with care. If you’re ever in the Lacey area, check out Firehouse Subs. Staff greets you as you walk in. Ready to take your order once you find your way thru the extensive menu. Prices were around $10 for a medium (7″-8″) sandwich. Took a little while for us to get our order, 4 subs. But oh my, it was absolutely worth the wait. The bread was light and airy and also toasted but didn’t just flake apart to nothing when you bit into it. All of the shaved meats were delicious. I had the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sub and the sauce on it was amazing. Nothing about any of our sandwiches was in any way bad. The staff also nailed all of the custom requests for each sub. Paying $10 for a sub here compared to what some of their competitors give you for $10 is a steal. 100% Recommended

Subs are delicious and generously portioned. I rated so low due to the customer service. 3 people working and not one greeted us as we walked in. The place had one other couple in it. They were dead. Ignored us for about 5 min then finally an employee came over and said “ for here or to go, what are you ordering”. No hello, welcome in nothing. We almost left. We won’t be back

I wanted to try the Thanksgiving sub and it was delicious! There was plenty of turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce, and it was very tasty. Personally I would leave off the mayonnaise but that was not an option via app ordering. The restaurant was clean and large with plenty of seating and the staff was very friendly.

2nd maybe 3rd time in 4 years. This time the service was just having a bad day, I know people don’t mean to make you stand for in line while they talk about nothing to their co-worker. And the food this time just was not fresh, it was average cold and over-sauced to the point that the bread was soggy. Just an overall experience you would expect from a subway, not an up scale finer quality place.

The Lacey location is a must if you’re in town. Drove from Gig Harbor to visit. Ordered the Italian! The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly.
