Food is flavorless, yes flavorless. If you like this food, either your taste buds do not work or you have never had good indian food before. No disrespect to the unknowning, just this restaurant.
Go elsewhere.
Food (5 star)
Goat curry: hand full of tendor fall of the bone goat meat, the spices paired very well with the goat meat, the dish was not very gamey, we chose spice level 5 and it was perfect (we enjoy spicey) and not to the point where we are sweating.
Butter chicken masala: hand full of tender chicken. I was very surprised because places always use chicken breast and its so dry. The creamy masala had more of a kick of spices than others Ive had. I also chose level 5 on spiciness.
Plain naan ans Garlic naan was hot and fresh!
Appetizers: samosas and spring egg rolls are basic. But came out very hot and fresh!
Dessert: Gulab jamun was delicious as always. They brought it out warm. I love that the rose water wasn’t so strong. For anyone who hasn’t tried it before, it taste like pancakes drenched in sugar syrup.
We love this place and recommend it to anyone who wants to try Indian food. We will definitely come back again.
I honestly don’t understand the 600+ reviews. This place is a complete rip-off. Empty restaurant, flavorless food. The biryani? An absolute joke. Tasteless rice, and clearly not a ‘dum’ anything. A total waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
My first and last visit to this restaurant, thank you for serving food.
Sad to see IC Hot go but I love Indian food so it’s could have been a worse substitution for sure. We went here opening week and it seemed that they were still finding their footing but a month or so later I see that they are quite busy quite often which is great!
As we were first time for that restaurant, we asked a guy over there who was taking the order as what’s the best item. The guy suggested two dishes one is chicken fry biryani and other one is Andhra Karampodi Chicken. We ordered the same.
Once we reach home and saw the dishes I didn’t understand, I guess the owners of restaurant also has some business of oil. Food was full of oil, it’s like we can feel oil in every bite which we eat. We can only feel the oil taste rather than any other taste of food. And the appitizer chicken is very dry, may be they had fried the chicken on weekends and kept it in freezer and when ordered they tossed it and gave.
The guy who took order claimed as he owns the restaurant, the attitude of the guy was not good. May be he owns the restaurant but with out customers a business is nothing.
