Look at photo attached chilli dog ,no cheese but add onions. These pieces of onion are whole and it’s the peel of onion you discard. Several incidents means I’ll have to have a hot dog down the street and not DQ

I have been coming here for a while now. And I have never ever, had anything wrong with my food from here. But today, I found black pieces of hair on both me and my husband’s meals. And to add our toast was burnt.

Husband went for a replacement blizzard that was messed up previously the other day and they messed it up again. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to get a blizzard correct. It’s different every time we go, never know what your gonna get. Is it gonna be vanilla, is it gonna be chocolate are they gonna get the candies correct? Not likely. 50% of the time it’s just plain ice cream at the bottom no candy blended all the way down. When you pay $7/8 for one it should be correct. Also very disappointing they changed the hamburger patties so something much cheaper and dryer. Going to quit coming eventually because it’s always wrong and food is usually cold..

As another reviewer said a year ago, wildly inconsistent blizzards. Nothings changed.

Went through the drive thru to order my kids some food. There was maybe 3 cars in front of me no big deal. Went I got to the window was handed the bag with the food in it ( I should have checked it) especially while waiting for the blizzards to be made. Anyways got home gave the kids their food. Youngest asked where his burger was… Crap. So got back in the car not looking at the time and only living 5 miles away, and by time I got to the location it was 5 after 10. Drove around to the window got their attention and told them what happened. I know they were kinda busy and stuff but the lady at the window who took my payment (asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes, didn’t get it), handed me the bag was kinda rude about it. I was there 10 minutes ago. She got the manager who asked what my order was exactly, I told her she found the ticket and had my burger made. The manager was awesome. Had the burger not been for my kid I wouldnt have worried about it to much, but I appreciate her finding the ticket and how fast it was made.

Didn’t get food but wife and kid had craving for ice cream. Love the soft-serve. Just hated waiting in line for 15 minutes for just ice cream cones. I know prices are up everywhere, but around $10 for a couple ice creams seems a bit much.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this Dairy Queen in O’Fallon truly deserves it. I’m flabbergasted that it says 4.3 stars instead of 5. The team here consistently goes above and beyond — their service is professional, the restaurant is always spotless, and they actually take pride in what they make. (Unlike the McDonalds down the street). You can tell they care about quality and customer experience, which really stands out compared to most fast food chains these days. The blizzards and ice creams are always made perfectly (never rushed or sloppy), and every visit feels like a bright spot in this town. This location sets the standard for how a franchise should be run.

Friendly enough but after going there just after 9pm no later than 9:15pm. I expected the food we ordered to be cooked. All 3 of the chicken strip meals we ordered were luke warm after no one being in line in front of us and an empty dining room. They were all still raw, only partially cooked. I caught it just as my littlest took a bite. Unfortunately I caught it after eating two bites. The texture was weird and gave me a weird feeling. Unfortunately my middle child had already had several bites of one of her strips. I flipped the interior car lights on and sure enough… various stages of partially cooked to raw chicken. Hopefully we don’t end up sick from food poisoning tonight or something of the like. Buyer beware if there is a chicken strip that is luke warm and not on the verge of being stale…it is not cooked. Out of about $40 worth of food there was 1 burger, a cheese curd order, and the 3 fries from the strip meals that was cooked fully and edible. Everything else was barely warm or still cold.

Good delicious food. However, amount TeRrIBLe. Make it make sense. Sundae on left is a large , blizzard on right medium. New to area and once I find a good ice cream spot Dairy Queen loses my business.
