Finally had a chance to try this place out. Ordered online and went to pick up. Food was ready to go, but milkshakes took another 10 minutes to be made as there was just one person making them and jumping to help on the register, hope she can get some more help with those.
I ordered the grilled cheese burger, it was pretty good! The parm crusted Texas toast was my favorite and made for a great mouthwatering experience. The regular fries were plain, won’t bother to order them again, maybe ill try the waffle or sweet potato fries next time.
The Korean fried cauliflower was great! Fried and soaked with a spicy sweet sauce and sesame seeds, made for good snacking. The giant onion rings weren’t bad either.
I will definitely be back to try another burger or the wings soon. Not sure if ill order a shake again due to the time it take for them. Service was good and organized.

I’ve visited 3 times. Each visit was perfect. Recently, I tried their salmon burger. Very tasty alternative. My all-time favorite is the garlic parm truffle tator tots. Oooh, they are always fresh and perfectly seasoned.
The team is always welcoming and helpful. Service is fast.

Absolutely incredible food at great prices. This place is an amazing value. They use high quality ingredients. Even the cheese sauce on their cheese fries is a step above the fake yellow plastic stuff you’d expect. I’m writing this review after at least six incredibly delicious orders there. They are consistently amazing.

So glad Burger Pointe is back after 8 years, hits different.
EDIT: I just went back tonight, this has been my 5th visit since opening… the BBQ boneless wings were crispy, hot and not too much sauce. Perfect. The parm garlic fries were hot, somewhat crispy, and not overloaded with seasoning…. again perfect. Whoever is in the kitchen is doing a fantastic job with consistency!!! Thank you so much for this delicious food guys!!!! See you guys soon!!!
update 1/11/23 – ordered a burger and loaded fries and everything was hot and came out of the kitchen quick. I think they only have 2 or 3 people working so I can see how its difficult if they get slammed with orders. My food was nothing short of amazing as expected. My favorite burger joint in town.

The burger was extremely dry and tasted just weird! The fried pickles were so horrible that I threw them out. You could tell that they were cooked in OLD grease! The only good thing was the milkshake! I will NEVER stop at this place again!

I paid $20 for Wagyu burger & fries for my first time at this restaurant and I can honestly say with no discrimination that the meat tastes like it was seasoned by the melanin challenged majority of the city of Grosse Pointe to be politically correct. It is drenched in condiments to give it more flavor but as a avid burger fan I can honestly say that this food was meant for the residents of that city and not their neighbors across the street. Please season your meat or lower your prices! Thank you

I was so excited when I heard this place opened again so last night, my best friend and I tried it out. We were both extremely disappointed! We waited FOREVER for our food. My friend finally got her order and people who ordered after me were getting theirs. They had to reprint my receipt because they lost the order. The lady working there was shouting a lot at her employees. My friend’s food was getting cold because she was waiting for me. They also forgot an order of her fries so had to wait for that as well. I finally got my food and left. The lady apologized for the wait but did not seem very genuine. She did not even offer me a free pop or something for the inconvenience. I believe I got to the restaurant around 5:15 and did not leave until after 6. I ordered 1 burger, fries, pop and mozzarella sticks.
When I got in the car, I started to eat my mozzarella sticks and there was NO CHEESE in them!!! Not just one but all of them! How can a mozzarella stick not have cheese it in? The burger itself was pretty good and the fries but I was very disappointed in the service! I will definitely not be going back.

So many different options here. Burger was great, fries were fresh and the boneless wings were nice white meat chicken. My son loved his chocolate shake as well. Happy to have this place in the neighborhood.
