10/10 recommend … As so many do, we cruise for vacation, and I like to visit non tourist places for food. Here in Skagway AK there are a few tourist food places, however I only wanted local eats. Bombay Curry was the only place I wanted to try and found them before the cruise. I ordered the chicken korma(basmati rice)with butter naan and chicken samosas which looked like falafel. All of the food was delicious. My friend ordered the curry chicken which was as delicious. We also had chai tea, my first time having it, was very good. As a foodie I totally recommend that if you’re on a cruise to Skagway, try Bombay Curry. They are on Broadway and 5th just make a left. The menu has changed so they don’t have a lot of what they used to… photos attached

Skagway doesn’t have that much variety of food menu choices. This place is a nice twist if you don’t want same all burger, fish n chips, pizza, etc. Mango Lassi was delicious.

It’s unfortunate that the Indian cuisine restaurant in Skagway was closed during my visit. I was eagerly looking forward to savoring the flavors and spices of Indian cuisine. It’s disappointing that I couldn’t experience the culinary delights they had to offer. I hope that the restaurant reopens in the future, as I believe it would have been a great addition to the dining scene in Skagway.

Amazing Indian food! Really warmed our soul after a cold day out. Great for cruise guests as a break from the cruise food. The woman taking care of us was very kind. Highly recommend getting the butter chicken and garlic naan!

It’s hard to find good quality chai (milk tea) anywhere in US. I was pleasantly surprised to take a sip of their freshly brewed tea. The other food options seemed decent as well
