This is the worst sushi restaurant I’ve experienced in over a decade in the US, and the first Japanese place where I couldn’t even eat the sashimi. The raw fish was extremely unfresh with a slimy texture, dried-out appearance, and was simply disgusting to eat.

Kamon sushi has been one of my go-to spots for years because the food is always fresh and delicious. The service is great, and Antonio is truly the best—always kind, attentive, and consistent.
I do wish they would bring back the pumpkin soup, though. The corn soup doesn’t compare.

We loved the food. Price is really good for serving size. Had to wait a bit for the food so better order an appetizer. Service was really good. They make sure your drinks are filled. Will come back soon.

I went to Kamon Sushi in colima hacienda heights ca. the sushi is really good – I’ve tried a few different rolls and they’re always fresh and flavorful. The prices are also super reasonable, which is a definite plus.
On the other hand, the atmosphere is just really lacking. The decor is pretty but normal. The service is good , attentive waiter, always taking care we are good , everybody says bye when you leave etc.
Overall, I’d say Kamon Sushi is a good option if you’re in the area and craving sushi, but don’t expect a fancy dining experience. It’s solid, but not spectacular.

Nice spot with plenty of parking. The sushi is a bit more expensive than average but they have a combination bento this is a pretty good deal for around $25. They forgot to bring out our main course but when the waitress checked on us to pay they realized the mistake and they quickly brought out the food. Overall good place.

Excellent sushi restaurant, really great food and service. We had three different rolls and they were all extremely good. Very good flavors and great execution of the presentation. This is one of the best sushi restaurants that we’ve tried lately and we frequent them. This place also offers many sushi delicacies that you can’t find at many other places. They even have two different types of uni (sea urchin) which is awesome. This one is slightly more expensive than some other places, but totally worth it. We look forward to returning for more. I would definitely recommend this place.

Have always loved the food here, especially the Sukiyaki here. They fill it with lots of meat and the fancier ingredients for sukiyaki. The best part is the soup base is not too salty and not too sweet. It’s just perfect.
