Prime Cut Meat Market in Scottsbluff is definitely worth a stop! I had the chicken fried steak with a salad, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the shrimp dinner with a baked potato, which was cooked perfectly and not over-seasoned—something I really appreciate since I like to add my own salt. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and at the end of our meal, they even thanked us and offered an ice cream cone for the road. Great food, great service, and a nice touch of hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

All steak options were 7oz only and pretty price for that. Cashier said the chicken fried steak was on special and the size was pretty good. The. Chicken fried steak was the size of the plate. It was crunchy on the outside side and rubbery in the middle. I wasn’t able to finish the meal didn’t hit the right spot.

This place has been pretty much the same since I was a kid. Which is nice in some ways. Food is almost always great. Options are pretty standard. Home cut fries are awesome. Also Country Fried Steak is huge! Usually plenty of seating. Service is a bit different as you use a tray and get drinks at the start of the line. Then pick up your food from the heat lamps when they call your number. There is a back “fine” dining area for larger parties or events. Also you can get an ice cream cone from a self service machine which costs one quarter per cone. Though they only have vanilla now. Parking is decent but can fill up quickly.

I haven’t eaten their since my last steak with my mom, I ordered today, and was so disappointed with the food , fries were cold amd greasy, my steak was cold amd dry, I don’t live that far for it to get cold right away! The guys had good customer service , but the food ill never order again, 40 amd some dollars for cold dry food!

Pretty bad in my books… traveling across country, sounded like a good spot for a decent meal for two. Its cafeteria style, empty on a Sun lunch, the staff seemed less than interested to be working, and $56 for 2 of the worst cuts of overcooked 7oz “steaks”

We weren’t really impressed with this restaurant. Four of us ordered the steak and shrimp meal. They were out of baked potatoes. We waited for a considerable amount of time before our number was called. Every one of our steaks was ordered medium and every one came back well done. While it had a good flavor, the steak was really dry and tough. While a little disappointing, I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are just having a bad night. I have had a good meal here before, but they just missed the mark tonight.

This place isn’t flashy or fancy. It’s an old school steak house that’s been around for what seems like forever. The food is great and very reasonably priced. The staff is professional and courteous. And they have ice cream!

Came here on a recommendation from one of these scoutmasters who was leading our troop, he knew the owner and actually needed to get keys to our property where we were going to be camping. He highly recommended the chicken fried steak and it did not disappoint, the portion itself was huge, taking up almost the entirety of our ovular plates. The layout of the restaurant is a little confusing for newcomers, you basically get in line tell him what you want eventually and then order your salad etc, kind of like a cafeteria but still a little non-intuitive. Nevertheless the food was really good.
