10/10 for customer service, speed of service, freshness of food and flavor!!!
I was hesitant to get the steak biscuit but something told me to go for it. I was pleasantly surprised! The biscuit was soft as a cloud, the steak was sausage-like but slightly crispy. Apple cobbler was also good with a perfect ratio of biscuit to Apple toppings.

Bojangles never fails! The Bo’s chicken sandwhich is a must have, but their breakfast biscuits and sandwiches are also amazing. Some of the best fried chicken you can buy, the prices here are also hard to beat! Got great service when I visited and the line moved through quickly as well. Definitely worth the stop on a car trip

First experience with a Bojangles and while the food was ok the service left me not wanting to return. When we approached the counter we let the staff know we needed time to read the menu so they walked away and said to shout out when we were ready for them to return. I understand giving us our space but I didn’t really think I would have to shout. The gal cleaning the tables was talking to herself or possibly on a ear piece the whole time complaining about not wanting to work thanksgiving. We knew something seemed off when they weren’t busy during the supper hour.

Very polite service and clean resteraunt. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and great flavor . The green beans are tasty and not soaking in a broth . Biskets are flaky with a salty top . The fries are very good and look to be fresh cut.

My favorite location! The employees here are always so genuinely kind and courteous. You can tell that they take care of others because they are well taken care of! The restaurant is always clean and everything is always fresh & delicious! Their cole slaw is the BEST!

Good chicken great biscuits friendly people, but… The owner/manager/boss was holding little meetings in the dining room. Take it to the back. It makes for a weird uncomfortable dining experience.

So happy that I didn’t have to wait until I drive down South for Bojangles. This is the 2nd Bojangles I have eaten at up in NOVA. The other one was in Sterling. The fried chicken, biscuit, and sides are delicious. My pup, Lola, loves Bojangles fried chicken. Customer service was good… polite but lack the welcoming feeling I consistently get from the central VA to SC locations. Maybe it is the DC metropolitan attitude.

I got a two-piece chicken with one leg and a thigh, two sides, and a biscuit. My husband got a three piece which had two thighs and a leg with two sides and a biscuit. I switched my thigh for his leg in the photo. Important, drinks are not included with this meal, so don’t forget to order them.
The biscuits were warm and soft, potatoes and gravy delicious, coleslaw chunkyand just the way I like it. As you can see the price wasn’t too bad.
