I went to this place and tried the cheesesteak… literally the best in the world! The bread was perfect, the meat juicy and full of flavor, the cheese incredibly melted—every bite was an experience.
But what really made it all the better was the customer service. Spectacular service, friendly, attentive, and with an energy that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
I will definitely be back. This place earned a 100 from me. Highly recommended!

10/12: The buffalo chicken was an entire meal all it’s own packed with tons of spicy goodness.
10/15: We’re back! So good the 1st time that we had to try another. This time out we opted for the cowboy. A meatlovers choice for sure slathered in BBQ sauce…and the jalapeños add that little kick to make your taste buds dance with joy.

We were waiting for a movie and decided to get some food in the food court. We were trying to decide and got sold by the guy working the register. He was funny and engaging. We shared a half size of the cowboy bbq cheesesteak and it was AMAZING. A ton of meat, perfectly seasoned with bacon and onion rings and the jalepenos added the perfect amount of spice. The fries were also some of the best I’ve had in Watertown. The guy was so great, he found where we were sitting and came and delivered our food to our table. Excellent service, excellent food. We will be back!!!

I really love this place. I’ve ordered both on DoorDash and in person, and I crave their cheesesteaks all the time. Hands down the best I’ve had in the Watertown area. Meeting the owner made it even better! He’s such a kind, genuine guy. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Please open up your own restaurant and take my money!

DAMN!!! the sandwiches were hella good (we got the cheesesteak and teriyaki ones). the fries were quite also delicious—very crispy and fresh. the customer service was the cherry on top.. the place is family owned, the owners were so sweet and helpful!

I’ll start out by saying I don’t leave reviews. Good or bad but this I had to. I was at the mall for a movie in the food court and went to the place across from them and they all were on their phone and acted like it would be a problem for them for us to order. So we went across to slapping cheesesteaks and from the moment we came over the owner was super helpful and happy and made me feel like I was in the right place. Made the order sat down he brought us our order and I took a bite and it was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. I have never had anything like it before. Easy to eat portions are perfect and I don’t like bacon and the bacon was heavily on there and I LOVED it. I was beyond happy. I definitely will be back and telling everyone about it. The cowboy BBQ cheesesteak . It blew my expectations away. Highly recommend. Oh yea I would have took a photo but after my first bite I couldn’t think of anything but eating it!!

GREAT cheese steaks! They don’t skimp on the ingredients – there’s plenty of meat, and the perfect amount of peppers and onions. They had a rush of lunchtime customers and were very apologetic that it took a couple of minutes for them to cook all of the food – but that is expected when each meal is freshly made for each customer.
The cheese steaks are 10/10, and the food court is easy access from the Best Buy parking lot.
