Not the first time, almost seems like everytime they mess up a very simple order and then provide very unsatisfactory service. Never fails, these guys aren’t professional nor business savvy in any way. Literally cut my pizza into tiny 1 inch triangles and told me the best they could do was 50% off. Close the establishment or either hire better management. Go ahead and try your luck with these guys and watch the disappointment come rolling in. I’m more than disappointed that this is the service dominos has to offer, there’s been nights I’ve called this dominos and they didn’t answer so I called another dominos that’s out of area and they would have to call this dominos and tell them answer their phones. Literally the worst dominos experience I’ve ever had comes from this place. Didn’t know this type of behaviors and management was allowed at dominos used to be a great place, but this dominos has created a bad taste on my tongue about any dominos, hope one day that will change.

Ordered 3 pizzas and they were all burnt. Here’s one of them for context. Called and spoke with the manager and he initially said he would give a 50% discount after trying to say there was no way it could get burnt. And when we called back to make the order with the discount they didnt wanna give us a discount and had an attitude and cussing. Poor professionalism and will be contacting corporate as well. “Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino’s Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money.” Well they denied us both.

Placed an online order. Domino’s Bristol, TN charged me three times for the same order so basically was charged $94.68 for 1 large pizza and a 2-liter coke. I called the store to get the situation remedied but was told that I would have to call the number on the website. When I stated the number on the website was the number I just called to talk to you. I was then out on hold. After several minutes the young lady comes back and says that her manager said I would ha e to take it up with my bank or the website. When questioned about it they told me that they have no control over what is charged. So basically they get paid but can’t fix any issues. The manager at this location has absolutely no customer service skills, lacks a basic understanding of business, and in my opinion is absolutely USELESS! If they can’t fix a customer problem then why are they even in a leadership position? They have lost a customer and if this is remedied somehow quickly then they will receive a complaint to corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and I will see what can be done about fraud.

You know when you buy frozen chicken poppers from the store and you pick out,all the tiny non edible ones,and toss them in the trash. I placed a quarter for reference. No meat all skin. Hard tasted awful. Like how hard is it to pick out good chicken. You obviously know the customer is gonna not be happy,or you just need a new career. Why would you let that go out the door. The pizza tasted weird liked they changed sauces. God I miss dominos of the 80-90’s I don’t know why they won’t listen to us. The only thing that was semi good were the Parmesan bites,and coke. I hate writing reviews,but when you waste money,it kind of irritates you. Crossing dominos off for good

Placed my order 30 mins before pick up and upon arriving I was told order didn’t go through. They didn’t call back or attempt from my history to get in touch about reordering. I place order again and waited 20 mins they messed up my order by giving me jalapeno and ham cheesy bread I can’t have meat. When I tried only telling them it’s wrong after arriving home, I was told I have to come back at 930pm to show them and that a picture won’t do. So here it is. Good food but don’t be so sure they have your order right. Customer service is okay it can definitely improve.

Umm they waited til last minute to tell us we wasn’t in the re radius. So when we picked up our food the pizza was cold. I ordered a ranch cup no ranch. There was only one lava cake in the box. No icing with the cinnamon twists. We was supposed to have a pepperoni and banana peppers on our pizza only got banana peppers.

Ordered at 2:15pm, and it showed up at 3:54pm (I live about 10-15 minutes away). Better yet cold, and looked like it had been stepped on. Called the store, and put on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on me. The app gave us a free pizza, but doesn’t justify our larger order.

With all of the negativity in this world i am so very glad to be fortunate enough to share some positivity. I am an OTR trucker who was about to begin his reset. I am a resident of Bristol so my personal vehicle is available to me. After shutting down my rig I made a quick trip inside of the Marathon. I realized that i had left my wallet in the cab so i went out to retrieve some form of payment. Betcha’ can guess what happened, huh? Yup. Sure enough my rig had been broken into just that quickly. I had no means to offer up payment so i sat in my personal vehicle contemplating my options. Finally i decided to reach out for a little help as it was nearly 11 pm. I called Domino’s Pizza on W. State St. In Bristol, TN. Upon reaching the manager and having explained to him my dilemma this most gracious young man offered to help a lost soul to recharge. Now, i fully expect that because of this mans generosity, the public at large would assume that i chose to offer this Review. Well, you’d be absolutely correct. Thank you to the young man who offered an old soul a bit of much needed help. And yes, the pizza was absolutely fabulous!!
