My husband and I frequent Tuscany Tavern weekly. The staff is wonderful! The bar is the place to be and they make a stellar martini. The patio is lovely in summer.

The food and vibes are consistently great! Some of my favorite dishes include: Angel hair pomodoro with grilled chicken, linguini vongole, chicken piccata, chicken Marsala, chicken parm, lasagna, soup/salad.

We’ve been looking for a restaurant that’s open Monday and Tuesdays to do a little fine dining and we finally found one. This will be our go to spot every time we visit Evergreen. Took my wife there for her birthday. She loved it wants to do it for her birthday every year and we will.

A very sweet place, we sat in the bar area. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Cocktails were superb. My husband had a steak which he enjoyed very much. I had the cedar plank salmon that was really overcooked and dry and so I only ate about half of it (I was really hungry and didn’t want to complain ), and the broccoli on the side was unseasoned and bland. I probably should have sent the fish back; I’m sure they would have been happy to do it again for me.

The food was pretty good. My husband enjoyed the lasagna and I had the Cheese Ravioli – it says it has pesto and I didn’t really catch the flavor in the dish because of it having so much sauce. It was still good. The house bread with garlic butter was fantastic!

My daughters and I took a scenic trip to the mountains and needed a place to stop for dinner. We love Italian and this one obviously had good reviews so we made the trip to Evergreen.

Upon entering, we received smug looks from a couple waiting to be seated as well as plenty the staff who came to the front. It was clear that we were not their target audience (people were dressed nicely, there was a wedding party in a private room, and we were out exploring the mountains).

For a Saturday evening, I was expecting a longer wait time when asked “I’m sorry, do you have a reservation?” A 10-15 minute wait is what we were told. When we were finally seated, our waitress greeted us warmly and throughout our meal, we were made to feel welcome by her. She told me that she also had two daughters and that our girls night was adorable.

The food was absolutely delicious, but when we had asked for cheese for my daughter’s noodles, they brought out a sauce and we thought that was strange instead of Parmesan. I also overheard them telling a lady that the cheese was in the kitchen, and maybe they could cut a piece off. Our meals had shredded cheese on top, so this made me curious.

We were offered dessert, which we gladly accepted. My daughters did not want to share, typical, and because they were extremely well behaved, I opted to get them their own.

Upon our table being cleared I was told by one of the girls who kept eyeing us “I’ve never seen a kid not finish their dessert.” And “my sister and I never had a choice of sharing. We were told to share or get nothing.”

I would have given this place 5-stars, but some of their staff (minus our lovely waitress ❤️) should be less judgemental.

Decided to try this place and I hate to say that the main entree was almost inedible. For starters, the appetizer we ordered was the garlic cheese bread and that was delicious. I had the Aglio Et Olio as my main entree with crispy chicken and it was the first time I’ve ever had to put my meal to the side after 3 bites. It had no flavor but was also bitter at the same time with a bit so great aftertaste.

Our waitress was kind and empathetic and was able to remove the meal from my tab, which I was grateful for.

The service was 10/10.
The food was 1/10.

I didn’t actually get to eat here as we were told it would be 15 minutes to wait for the dining room. That was fine and we sat to wait. After 30 minutes, we approached the front counter again ah m to see how much longer. We were told there were two reservations (both were late by 10 minutes) and it would be maybe another 40 minutes. We left. The hostess was rude and didn’t offer an apology. She just laughed a little like it was funny which I completely didn’t think was appropriate. As they seemed to be on a first name basis with the customers, I’m guessing we just didn’t fit in. The menu sounds good and we were looking forward to it, but they shouldn’t have quoted an unrealistic wait time. I won’t be back.

I would on no level recommend this establishment. Stopped by after seeing them on google maps < I live locally and was looking for new places to go around the area I live. While the staff was friendly they offered almost no help. They had stated that they were busy but they assured us that a table would become available within fifteen to twenty minutes . That did not happen after waiting much longer and watching other people get tables (we assumed they had reservations ) we again stood up only to have the hostess ask if she could help us . I said we are still waiting for our table , she looked at us as if we had just gotten there , upon which I stated we have been here for the past half hour . She looked at the computer and stated that there were reservations that took priority to our walk in . This was at 6:40 she said the reservations were for 6:30 and she had to wait for them . She also said that she thought some people had come from the back and taken tables without permission which was against the rules but would not follow up if that was correct. After consulting with another staff member the discussion turned to oh well we are busy, the only response was a coy giggle and a I'm sorry if you would like to wait it would be about 20 - 30 more minutes needless to say we less than politely left the place without so much as one bite of food touching our tongue. The food and atmosphere could have been beyond belief but we have no way of knowing because we did not get further than the front door . Apparently the best way in is to come in from the back and seat yourself .

I love this little Italian place. It’s a quaint, unpretentious eatery, super casual, and the service and quality of food is what makes it. Favorites: lasagna (delicious old-style recipe!), Chicken Parm (breaded & cooked perfectly), Steak caesar salad (quality of the steak and how it’s prepared), crispy chicken Caesar salad, and their selections of wine.
