They were short-staffed badly today. The manager apologized sincerely. However, he did not need to. Our food was ready in 7 or 8 minutes. It was freshly made, hot, and truly hit the spot. Delicious. Whomever made it in that day did a heck of a job. Affordable as well.

At this time I visited a Taco Bell located at St.Louis Mo., according to one of the crew members they were on the shifting shift and that was the reason they took more than 30 minutes to fulfill my order, I was starving and almost left the store but I was paid already for my food.

we went during the night shift and they forgot half of our order for one and two out tacos were so soggy and literally brown and falling apart, they were hard shell. i’m sure they were old and the mexican pizza was so soggy. and then we pull up to the window and one of the employees said they were “cussing us out because we ordered so much.”

I would give you 0 stars if it would let me. Ordering on the app do not think your food will be ready. The drive thru was very long so my daughter went in to get her food they refused to give her the food. They said that she would have to wait in the drive thru long line. What is the purpose of Ordering online so you don’t have to wait it is a lie. Then after the money was taken off of my card the employee threatened not to give us the food that we paid for. I said fine refund my money. No you have to do that on the app the app would not let me get a refund. So not only does the Deslodge store wat to refuse service they want to still your money. Bad employees and bad service. Do not got to this taco bell. This toco bell is the crappie they’re worse than the toco bell on Karsh blv.
