The morning I had went they had just received their delivery and they didn’t open until approximately 6:30/7.
I was pretty hungry while on a road trip so I stuck around. I was a bit upset that they were not open but I also understood because of the delivery. The service was fast, the lady at the front window was so sweet and the food was good it made up for the wait.

One of the worst mcdonald’s you can go to. the food nine out of ten times it’s going to suck. no salt it’s most of the times stale or cold not worth the money, waste more money than what it’s worth.

Listen, I visited from out of town for Labor Day. I thought I’d just get a Quarter Pounder with bacon to just sate my hunger. But this was the best damn burger I’ve had from McDonald’s in YEARS. This place is the best anytime I am in New London I try to stop the food is always hot service is great. All these others McDonald’s suck cause the service is so bad either the food is cold or the order is always wrong. They should gather all the local Managers from all around and have them work at this establishments to see how a real McDonald’s is ran right. My husband & I are from Lorain county & we’re staying with our son for a few weeks to help him out. We’ve gone to this McDonald’s a handful of times while we’re in town for other things. We both agree that this is the friendliest McDonald’s that we’ve ever been to. The staff is so polite from the the person taking your order at the drive thru to the pickup window. The food is always fresh & there’s never been a mistake with the order. Hands down THE BEST McDonald’s.
On a side note, the fries could use a bit more salt. Thanks for being so polite & accommodating

This store always goes above and beyond. My kids love McDonald’s. It’s not my favorite but my kids love it. I use the app. It’s amazing whenever I have any issue being my fault or theirs they’re always fixing it immediately with a smile on their face the employees here are awesome. It’s probably one of the better McDonald’s we’ve visited, and I promise most McDonald’s We visit there is always something wrong on our order, but rarely this McDonald’s has any mistakes! And Denise has been there for years and she’s amazing! Love her
