As I was ordering my food, the young lady was sweeping, she swept by my foot once, didn’t say excuse me or anything, I asked if she wanted me to move, she said NO. She then swept again, by my foot after i had asked her the first time would she like for me to move. felt the wind from the broom she was just that close to sweeping my foot i looked and said you are very rude, to be sweeping that close without even saying excuse me . Poorly done on her part but the lady who made my order had great customer service very polite and not rude

Don’t eat here if you’re hungry unless you have money to waste. Owner cut the portions in half. Foot long has enough on there for a 6 inch and the 6 inch has enough for a mini sandwich. If that. What a waste of money. I should’ve just said nevermind but my head hurt and I needed to eat something before I drove home. I should’ve just got deli food from Walmart.

The staff was nice but they were not readily knowledgeable about any of our questions pertaining to kids meals. They were completely out of stock of all the typical kids drinks/snack so we were able to substitute with drinks from the cooler and chips.
That was fine and all but of the few things they had in the cooler, they were hot, as in the cooler was not working. So we then had to ask for cups for the fountain and were limited to water and lemonade, as our kids do not drink pop.
Unless things had changed, our kids meals have always been provided in a tote of some sort. We were just handed the sandwiches. Not sure what’s going on here. It was our first and last visit to this location.

I’m at this location fairly often, and I think it’s well. The manager and even some of the employees remember the regulars and have the sandwich already started before it’s ordered. The girls that are there when I am always offer me and smile. And the light joking atmosphere that the manager and employees attempt to have with the customers is refreshing. Can’t seem to understand why this place has the rating it does.

I have been going to this Subway for a vey long time, but today I was very disappointed in the Manager. She had an older male customer before me and he was very rude to her in my eyes. I greet her with a happy smile and asking about her day and so on. This time when I order my sandwich she didn’t do my sandwich right and even when I told her that I didn’t want my sandwich that way she just ignored me. She has never treated me this way but I tried to understand how she felt but I didn’t deserve what she did to me or my sandwich. You need to be professional at all times, but I do know that it is a hard task when someone is rude. I won’t be back for awhile, because I didn’t deserve the service you gave today.

Just got a terrible experience in this location, what’s happening with subway in this location; Subway has great sandwiches but horrible customer service; it’s like we got there to take food for free and they are acting like they’re doing a favor to the customer.
The punk girl behind the line has a very bad attitude; it’s like she don’t want to be there, fine look for another job if customers irritated you.
But you cannot work in a place with customers if you aré incapable of at least greets and smile to the people. This girl is in the wrong place, Subway have to be more cautious when they are hiring people.
At the end The line servers are the face of the brand and subjects like this punk girl will give you a terrible image.
She made my food horribly, with a very bad presentation, she didn’t thanks my visit or ask me if I need something else, she almost thought the change in my face in turn around giving me her back, nasty!!!

Employees spend most of their time I’m the back. I was their last night and the lady never took her airpods out. She poured so much chipotle sauce on my sandwich it was more like a soup. I threw half of the sandwich away.

Try the new mustard seed spread, it is amazing. Manager and employees are friendly and very efficient, they worked through a large line very quickly with just 2 people. I eat here for lunch once a week and always get good service!
