I really enjoyed everything about this Deli! Fantastic service, friendly and upbeat. Very cost outdoor area with a separate area for those bringing pup family member. Food was excellent. I had the Hummus sandwich and my sweetheart had a big beefy sandwich. He loved it too. Dessert was the ricotta citrus pastry. So GOOD!

I placed a big catering order for a giant box of sandwiches I needed for my focus group. My group was highly satisfied with the quality and quantity of food they provided. I tried the roast beef sub and was super tasty. Highly recommend, and plan to treat myself to a solo sub next time I am in BV for lunch.

Stopped in on the way back home from the hot springs. What a gem!
I had the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado on sourdough. It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. My wife had the chicken salad salad with a baguette and bread pudding on the side. Everything was FRESH.
Found a table to sit pretty quickly at around noon on a Saturday. The attentive staff keep things moving quickly, but not rushed, and they check in with you regularly.
We couldn’t stop talking how good it was all the way home.
Pro tip: Try the key lime pie

My husband & I stopped here on our honeymoon after spending time over at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. We came to Colorado for our honeymoon & are staying in the Denver area, this was BY FAR the best food we’ve had since coming to Colorado! Original review 3-24-21: Absolutely wonderful little hidden gem! Had the Lasagna with meatballs, which was a huge portion and absolutely amazing and the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. The sandwich was filled with fresh ingredients and we were stuffed by time we left. Soda fountain is from Rocky Mountain soda which is always my favorite as well. Beautiful patio for outdoor dining and even a place to dine with your dog (separate from the normal patio) absolutely recommend to anyone passing through or just looking for a great place to eat!

Back a year later and still loving this little gem. The weather was beautiful and we sat outside. Staff are still kind and attentive, food was still just as delicious. This time we had the chicken pesto and side Caesar salad. The croutons in the salad are house made and lettuce was cold and crisp. The pesto had great flavor to it and really added value to the sandwich, good meat to veggie ratio. The winner this time was the hot italian beef sandwich though. Boy was this a good sandwich, a little spicy and packed with flavor. Also, grabbed a carrot cake and cheesecake to go and really enjoyed them after we had time to digest our lunch. See you next year!

Still one of our favorites. I love coming here every time we come through town. Quality never changes and neither does the service! Prices are exceptional for the potion size as well! Portions are large and a half sandwich is more than enough! This time I had the green Chile chicken sandwich and boy is was out of this world! The pasta salad was fabulous as well! Plenty of green Chile flavor but not spicy! I love Rocky Mountain Soda fountain and the choices offered. And last but not least the pumpkin cheesecake! So amazing!

Stopped for lunch and loved it! The baguette bread was incredibly fresh and soft—easily the best I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious.
They also have a great kid-friendly menu which includes build-your-own sandwiches and pasta. Each kid’s meal comes with a drink and your choice of apple sauce or chips.
