Me and the family decided to have Arby’s since it was awhile since we had it. Order almost 100$ worth of food ( got a big family ) first thing was the parking lot, I know we were having high winds with blowing snow but it was plowed sloppy. Second had to wait 8 mins for fresh chicken but the rest of the order was old and cold. Got myself a spicy chicken sandwich and let me tell you what a mess!!! They drowned my sandwich in sauce to cover up the burnt bread and the old chicken. It’s been almost a yr since we last ate here due to prices and the lack of management. I was very unpleased with the service I had received with the food quality…. P. S. I noticed how it’s been since January 2023 that I posted this and not one person reached out to me about said issue!!!!!!!!! After this incident and not being addressed I will no longer take my business back here. Also your manager lance or whatever her name is ( the he/she ) honestly doesn’t know how to treat customers. Thank you Arby’s owner and franchise for the customer relations and how you take care of paying customers

I realize it’s a simple fast food place, but I have to tell you the food was very good and I’m a travel nurse and I go throughout the country and one of my jobs in the military was inspecting dining facilities. Well, the store was clean and the people were appropriate, not overly friendly, but not inappropriately friendly just professionally, friendly a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend it. And I will return to it.

The food is almost always fresh. However it’s like the more coupons you use the more the policy changes on the coupons. Every week or so even if the coupon is not expired it’s changed. They didn’t take the coupons to keep you coming back. Then let me see that you have a coupon. Then you can only use it three times when the coupon clearly says six. It’s not like if I use a coupon it’s coming from the cashier’s check. I’m like it’s not even worth it. Don’t accept or print coupons if you don’t want the customers to use them.

Purchased 2 classic roast beef sandwiches. Meat was not fresh and bun was hard. Got potato cakes also and they were cooked almost to the point of being burnt. Can you please train your staff not to put food out this way? Prices are way too high to get food that’s not made right.
