Ordered a double cheeseburger. Got back to our gate and was realized we were missing cheese. Went back and went to the pick up section and informed a very rude older lady that we were missing cheese. She told me to make room for her bar tender and to get into line. So stood in line for another ten minutes. Informed the cashier and she starts to tell me that the burgers don’t come with cheese. I hand her the receipt and show her that we paid extra to add cheese. She grabs the receipt and start to tell me again how they dont come with cheese and sees that we did in fact pay extra to add the cheese. She then takes the burger and goes to the back where they start to argue with her about the cheese and she has to tell that that we already paid. I don’t know why they are afraid of cheese, but I do not recommend this airport place. Pack your food agead of time if possible.

I asked her if what she was preparing was for me and she did not respond and I asked her again multiple times and she said I won’t respond until you pay and then to confirm the transaction I had to sign it and then she grabs the card reader and SIGNS FOR ME and it was 4$ for apparently fresh eggs but she put powder into a microwave and called it fresh eggs!!!! And it wasn’t even a big quantity it was the smallest portion of the eggs and the worst eggs ever made (if we can even call that made/cooked by someone) made by the worst Karen, never go here it is terrible food it was disgusting and the waiters was disrespectful and it is over priced for the worst food you will ever eat!!!!!! NEVER GO HERE NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!

The coffee it’s just horrible! The classic burger was OK, the patties were overcooked. A bit stingy with the veggies. The stuff could be a bit friendlier. They yell like crazy

So disappointing- gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich when I ordered a burrito that cost more. Our latte and mocha hot drinks were disgusting and cold somehow even though the woman just made it fresh. There was only ONE worker taking orders AND making food!

Due to the popularity of this quick serve grill, I knew the choices would be good, especially when I saw the pilot of my plane in line. They know where to eat. This was early morning so there were not many choices. I bought a scrambled egg burrito as it would not be too messy to take aboard. The Grille is behind security so everything one buys there is approved for taking aboard. Coffee and bottled water are available as well as other choices. The burrito was hot and served with salsa and wrapped well to carry on. I was pleased and it tasted good going down aboard my flight.

Will never buy from here again. Ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to come on a bagel. It came out on an English muffin and I kindly let them know if was supposed to be a bagel. They said they weren’t serving them on bagels due to low inventory, and declined to make it right. Said the only way to get one was to buy one even though I already did with the meal purchase??? Most unreasonable people.

Becky the cashier is the rudest person I have ever met. We got pizza and a bagel and were instructed to wait outside the restaurant for our food. Mind you, no one is around, the airport is dead. We wait by soda cooler and a man walks up and she starts yelling at us stating we cant congregate there bc she has customers. The man was mortified and walked away. If i hadnt already paid, i would have left too! Not worth any food ever again!
