It’s fine. Lobby was closed early. Before 8 pm altho it listed it open until 10. Made purchases from both taco menu and a large bucket meal from the chicken. The forgot our mashed potatoes and gravy. Huge bummer.

Service was good, nothing wrong with that, but something about this particular location is that the food they have is not fresh (even for a taco bell). it’s so dry and it tastes like it was made 5+ hours before you have it.

This place is by far the worst. If I could give zero star rating I would. I ordered on door dash for the second time, and for the second time they can’t get it together. Food was awful and not what I ordered. I’m unclear as to why it’s so hard to read directions when it’s clearly printed on your order screen when you get a door dash order. Food was cold and old. Not to mention you advertise for nacho fries and you don’t have them as an option. You can’t even select no sour cream. You have to add special instructions to specify it and even when you do, they don’t care to read them. I have ordered from here over the years in drive thru and online giving faith they would have better service by now, but I guess I was wrong. DO NOT EAT HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Been watching this location just slowly going down hill in the last year or so. Today stopped in and ordered their 12 pack of soft taco supremes. The counter service was lousy, the girl that took my order basically walked away, so got no receipt. My order was brought and sat on the counter and the person again just walked away no offer anything like sauces, utensils, napkins…nothing. Got my order home only to find my taco supremes only had some greasy meat and touch of lettuce (see photo) no tomatoes, cheese or sour cream all 12 the same. My wife and I only do Taco Bell once in awhile, but after today I will never spend another penny at this location. When I walked in a noticed the place was pretty dirty and the servers dressed like bums I should have turned around and walked back out. Why not just close the place down?

So im getting food and everything and the lady with green eyes was not wearing a hairnet and got hair in my food. She messed up my order and disappeared. Another she had curly hair and glasses she was very nice to me and assisted in getting me new food that didn’t have the other lady’s rampant hair in it. Props to the girl with curly hair and glasses she made my day and fixed my order.

Had a door dash delivered my food was not to part my crunch wrap barley had anything in it this is ridiculous my mother in law 3 chicken taco mainly had lettuces this place really need to fix that problem

I don’t know why I keep attempting to have a good experience here (the Geneva kfc/Taco Bell) but literally every single time I’ve been here I’ve been screwed over. Either completely missing most my order or not even close to my order. Tonight I ordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes and they clearly gave me kfc French fries with cheese and sour cream like I wouldn’t notice lol. It’s always can’t accept cards and it’s cash only or other way around. The employees are ALWAYS miserable and rolling their eyes for everything then dancing and yelling at each other even while you’re standing there waiting. It’s just close to work and I don’t know why I even try anymore.
