This location is ultra slow to serve you at the counter when you’re the only one standing in line. They’ll see you walk in then let you stand there forever before taking your order. Also, the manager likes to cat-call whistle too much and too frequently and once you get your order, they don’t give you everything you ordered. Had to go back and ask for our cup, napkins and the sauces we ordered that they didn’t put on the tray. Never coming back here.

What makes Wendy’s hamburgers different from other brands’ hamburgers is the fresh, square-shaped patty.
In particular, Wendy’s has Baked Potato and Chili, which are not usually found on other brands’ menus, so it is nice to have variety in the menu.
Also, French Fries do not get soggy quickly and remain crispy for a long time.

Super rude and racist manager. I asked her a question about the menu and she responded with “do you know how to read english?” Beyond racist and disrespectful. I’ve worked in fast food restaurants and I would never respond to someone like that when asking questions. I couldn’t catch her name but she is very rude and disrespectful. Do better Wendy’s on picking your managers

Worst service in this place manager helped me and she was raises against me over the situation
I just asked over the combos and she asked if I knew how to read in Spanish and I said yes and she said you know English I’m like yes
She said THEN READ THE MENUS WELL…
I’m like what the heck
I’ve worked in restaurants before and you don’t do customer service that way for more stressed you are
But sometimes other people don’t want to understand it that they are so rude….

If your in the drive through you get priority, I typically wait 20 minutes in the regular inside line tho, lots of teenage kids during lunch time being rowdy. Sometimes slow service up to 20 minutes for food or 2 minutes when it’s slow. Either really good or really bad.

Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich and halfway through it, I noticed something off. Felt as if I was chewing on paper. Come to find out there was still paper wrap on the cheese they forgot to take off. That’s pretty forgivable accidents happen sure.
But the worst part is I came here during work and I don’t live in the area. So when I did come and eat I’m pretty sure the cashier forgot to give me back my debit card. So the next day I try to call the store multiple times and I even left a voicemail. Towards the evening I gave up on calling and decided to just drive over which is about a 35 minute drive for me.
Of course after asking a manager if they have my card he said he couldn’t find it. Would have saved me time and gas if they just picked up the phone.

This Wendy’s is the worst guy at the drive through has the worst attitude-_- your getting paid to work here if you don’t like it find another job bro. Always makes us wait 10-15 minutes on the side for 10 piece nugget combo.

If the name that I was given is even correct, Eduardo, the closing manager on Sunday the 27th at 12:50 AM, when his drive-through employee asked him to come speak with me for a second regarding an order that had been picked up already, but not dropped off he came to the window “it’s been picked up already, bye”, Then slammed the drive-through window in my face, locked it and told his employee not to come to the window. I had to drive back around and order something just to ask for his name. Somebody needs to review the cameras from that night and have a sit down with him regarding professionalism in a hospitality setting. This is a Wendy’s, not a car repair shop, The man needs a new job and the gentleman that was working the drive-through window deserves a raise and a promotion, I wish I knew his name because he was very polite.
