My order was over a half hour late, then when I did get it, it wasn’t what I’d ordered, they gave me a Cobb salad instead of Mediterranean with grains and chicken, and the cherry on top? HAIR ON THE HARD BOILED EGG. The one I didn’t order… oh and no utensils in the Togo bag though I ordered them. I wouldn’t have made a fuss if not for the hair. I did try to just suck it up and eat the cob salad until I saw that. Worst experience I’ve had a Panera bread. Also the sandwich was soggy, though maybe it was the bread I chose, but it also could have been toasted a bit longer.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went to Panera a few months ago, long story short the girl working the drive thru tried to steal the remaining balance on my gift card. I requested my card back after she told me it had zero balance. I had $9.11 left, fast forward to today tried to use the card at manteca Panera they said balance had been used. The girl must have swapped my card or did something shady. Will never ever return. Hope she is reading this, if she wasn’t fired.

We’ve been visiting this location for a few months, and while the manager is excellent and very helpful, most of the staff—especially during morning shifts—are often impatient and unwelcoming. Orders are frequently wrong, even when it’s the same one every time, and sometimes it takes personally stepping in to get proper service.
The food quality is inconsistent as well: $10 sandwiches often come with very little meat, and coffee can taste like iced water with a splash of color. Repeated mistakes and lack of attentiveness make the experience frustrating. Management has a good handle, but overall, service and quality need improvement.

I came in 30 minutes before closing. Felt really bad about that but my mom needed a sandwich. The guy serving me was extremely chill especially since I was on the phone getting the order from my mom. He took my order and later found me when I never went up to collect it, I was just sitting in the lobby but I was zoning out lol.

Went here today for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and came out quickly. We each had Pick 2 Meals.
I had an Asian Salad and 1/2 Chicken Salad w/ Almond Sandwich (see pictures below). Our other meal was a bowl of French Onion Soup and 1/2 Veggie Sandwich.

What’s not to love about Panera’s Strawberry Poppyseed Salad (other than the pecans; I had them hold the pecans)! I forgot to snap a pic until it was half gone, but it was just too good to wait. Yum!!

Panera Bread is an excellent place to enjoy excellent sandwiches and sides. They have a drive-thru, as well as order ahead pick-up. There’s a short wait while they make your food, if you order in store, but it’s much shorter than a traditional restaurant without sacrificing flavor or quality.
They use fresh ingredients for everything. Their bakery makes delicious pastries and breads everyday. Salads are great and seasonal sometimes, same with soups and sandwiches.
