I have frequented Jerry Bob’s the last 5 years; The food is always delicious and service is always fantastic. Biscuits and gravy are my go to, but I recently tried the roast beef with au jus and that was great too!!

Quick service, friendly staff and food was good. I noticed they still have the covid plastic shields up between the booths. Not a bad thing just a little unsightly and impossible to keep clean I would imagine. Other than that, they have a cool robot server and the music that was playing was a definite jam!

Listen. I came to JerryBob’s in Sahaurita for food. I left with a full stomach, a happy heart, and a new robotic best friend.
First of all, the food? Chef’s kiss. Every bite felt like someone in the kitchen personally cared about my emotional well-being. Portions were generous. Flavor was on point. No notes. Zero crumbs left behind.
But let’s talk about the REAL star of the show:
THE TABLESIDE ROBOT.
This little legend rolled up like, “Sup. Here’s your food. Respectfully.”
No attitude. No mistakes. Just vibes and efficiency.
I felt judged in the best way when it politely waited for me to grab my plate. Like, “Ma’am… your waffles are getting cold.” And honestly? Fair.
Service? Incredible. Staff was friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to be warm and welcoming while working alongside their futuristic coworker. Teamwork makes the dream work.
Atmosphere? Cozy. Clean. Comfortable. Perfect for:

This location was nice with a great atmosphere playing soft music with some great hits. Bre B was our server and was also very pleasant and attentive. I ordered the Triple Berry Pancakes, eggs, bacon with a side of hash browns and looked just as I imagined it would when it came out but tasted even better. (10/10 recommend)

9/4/22. Food overall was good …. eggs were cooked too fast (crispy edges) and one of the 3 in my party had egg shells as an added supplement

Amazing service and delicious food. As we walked through those doors, we felt welcomed. The service was quick and the presentation of the food was not disappointing. One particular example of great service was when I was telling my husband I needed napkins and the cook was within earshot and he himself without asking took some napkins to our table, talk about great customer service! Definitely going back and super recommended.

I recently took my two kids to Jerry Bob’s for breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Porky’s Skillet, which was just okay. The potatoes were overcooked, while I like a bit of crunch, these were dry all the way through. My son ordered a pancake and had no complaints. My daughter ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. After waiting about 20 minutes for our food, they delivered it and then informed us they were out of biscuits. They offered to bring toast instead, which was disappointing, especially since this wasn’t mentioned earlier.
The restaurant was quite busy, and it seemed there were only two waitresses working. While they both seemed nice, there were clear service issues. No one offered refills, and no one checked to ensure the food was correct or satisfactory after it was served.
Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and the combination of food quality and service issues made it less enjoyable than I had hoped.

First time visit and was surprised. The food is pretty good.
However, the seating needs to be repaired as the booths are wore out. They do have a delivery robot. However, I don’t see much use of it as they had 5 waitresses carrying food all the time seem like overkill.
