I recently found out about this restaurant and knew I had to try it. Another Vietnamese restaurant! First impressions, the restaurant is really pretty. Their menu is also really pretty and hardcover.

My husband ordered the chicken Pho with beef broth. I tried his broth like I always do, and the broth was pretty flavorable without adding anything extra to it (ie: hoison, sirrarcha, etc).

I ordered the crispy fried egg noodles since I was craving for it, and they had it here. This dish was okay. The sauce didn’t really have much flavor so it made the whole thing mediocre.

The boba was good. On their website, I saw that they had durian flavor boba, but I guess they took it off the menu. It was disappointing but I got the passion milk tea, and it was good. My husband got blueberry.

We were very excited to try out this new restaurant! The inside is beautifully designed and decorated. We had the fried shrimp rolls for an appetizer which were very tasty! We very much enjoyed the lobster fried rice and Chicken stir fry egg noodle. The food was so fresh and delicious!

Okay, listen up Valdosta!! This place is DELISH. We had A2 fried Shrimp rolls + A10 Beef Ball Soup for appetizers. For entrees we had P4 for chicken noodle soup, just as the kitchen precautioned it was spicy and for someone that loves spicy this did not disappoint. Another entree was C4 Shrimp Fried Rice and it was probably our favorite choice aside from the Shrimp Rolls. These photos are exactly what they appear to be, amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Please note this restaurant is brand new and currently in their soft opening phase, please go with intentions of extending grace as servers are also learning the menu. The soft spa like music is a relaxing touch to the environment. 10/10 recommend.

If you want to feel like you’re out of Valdosta for an hour this is your place. Don’t let the tinted windows fool you. They are completely open and ready to serve you! You will be transported where ever your mind takes you as you enjoy noodles and classical music. The servers helped us pick our meals and noodle type I was looking for! Super clean bathrooms, individually wrapped spoons/ chopsticks/silverware, water bottles instead of fountain water, jasmine tea was amazing, and the beef pho and chicken with soft noodles was out of this world! We loved all the extra sauces we could use on our meals. The only thing I would add is bring your own honey packet for your tea, but everything was top notch. We will definitely be back!

I normally am not this kind of person but the rage in my body will not let this go.
Tonight I decided to visit a new restaurant in Valdosta for Pho. I haven’t been feeling the best and wanted some nutrient rich food to try to knock the sinuses back into order. We decided to drive 55 minutes to this restaurant. Madison did not want pho so we decided grab her some McDonald’s, take it to the pho place and I would order food to eat at the Vietnamese restaurant to dine in. Mind you, the Pho that I eat contains RAW meat which needs to be fully cooked for me to be able to consume (Im pregnant). As soon as we walk in there is no hostess, someone comes from the register to seat us. unlike normal Pho places its seat yourself. We sit down and about four minutes later a young girl comes to the table to take my drink order. I told her coke and she said are you ready to order I said yes maam. So I told her I wanted p1. Combination Pho.
So immediately after ordering (and I literally mean immediately) i walk to go to the restroom because after an hour drive my eyes are about to buldge out of my head. I see a sign that says “all restrooms are out of order” I automatically think I need to cancel my order and go somewhere else cause I need to use the restroom. Within a minute I got a waitress to come to the table and told her that I needed to cancel my order. I explained to her that it had NOTHING to do with them but unfortunately I need to use the bathroom because I’m pregnant and drove an hour and I cannot sit and be comfortable to eat food feeling the way I do. She grabs my waitress and I explain the same thing. At this point she’s already placed the soda on the table. I told her I would be happy to pay for that but I need to cancel the food. She told me she couldn’t do that because they were already making my food. Now here is where it gets crazy. She gave me two options: take my food to go: which I did not want to drive an hour back home with pho (for some reason it doesnt reheat correctly) and i explained that to the woman. Or pay for my food and they would give it to someone else… (first off… when did I become charity???) I’m frustrated so I told her just let me take it to go. So when the food comes I have to use the bathroom BAD. I asked her if there is hoisin and siracha she said yes. I checked and there was one a piece. I told her I would need more and told her thanks. We left.
So, I told Madison we would go to the gas station and use the bathroom. We found the quick trip down the road, used the restroom, and decided to use their parking lot to eat dinner in the car.
As you can see in the photo the broth had already cooled down a little bit to where it took a minute for the meat to cook. So as I start eating, I find Tripe. Not only do I find tripe there are cartilage pieces and weird fatty pieces inside my pho. Shown in the picture. The drink shows you what they gave me for a coke. They worked so hard on the building they forgot to budget for coke machines. The Pho broth was displeasing as well. It wasnt rich in flavor like I am used to.
This whole situation could have been handled better with a little compassion.
Honestly, I will never never go back. I will drive the hour and thirty minutes to go to Tallahassee to get my pho from now on.

Highly recommended. Top-notch service. Totally exceeded all expectations. Dining at the Saigon Corner is a delightful experience from start to finish. The food is exceptional and high-quality, the staff is attentive, and the ambiance is perfect for a cozy daytime or evening dining. Totally enjoyed the delicious authentic Vietnamese cuisine from the soups, fried rice, sautéed noodles with veggies, sandwiches to boba drinks. Huge Thank You to the wonderful owners/chefs Kevin and Randy, our extraordinary server Ella, terrific Terri, and the rest of the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday celebration a memorable occasion. Will definitely visit regularly.

Pho is one of my fave foods so ofc I had to visit here on opening day!! (Oops late review ) I got the tofu & veggie pho and eggs rolls and it was sooooo good!! There was a really nice variety of veggies, the noodles were a great texture, and the soup was light and flavourful ✨ The portion was really generous I almost couldn’t eat it all
All the staff were really friendly and attentive despite how busy it was and the fact they just opened☀️ I’m so excited for them to have boba in the future!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Saigon Corner
We tried Saigon Corner for the first time and I’m already planning my next visit. The food was absolutely incredible — fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Every dish had that perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spice that makes Vietnamese cuisine so special.
The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. You can tell they truly care about the food and the customer experience.
So excited to have a spot like this in town. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Vietnamese food, Saigon Corner is a must-try!

Went for the grand opening. Atmosphere was nice and aesthetically pleasing. Service was….. okay. I don’t blame the servers or anything. We waited an hour and a half for food, just for my food to be wrong. We ordered the correct one again for take out, they comped it, and that only took 15 minutes. Turns out, none of the servers or managers knew the menu before opening. They learned the menu day of. Kitchen staff was scrambling to get stuff out. I actually feel bad for them. It wasn’t even limited seating for the opening, the place was packed. It didn’t seem like the servers had dedicated sections, some were going over tables others had already served. It was kind of a disaster. The staff deserved to be better prepared. In other news, the food was good lol
