From out of state and this is and the best I’ve had compared to two that I won’t name on this area. So flavorful and delicious I had a mini bowl and it was amazing. The nachos and 3 cheese queso perfecto. I could eat those everyday. Sorry that I took a bite out of the chocolate chip cookie but the food was so great I couldn’t wait for dessert It was good. Service had my food ready on time. My bowl was a work of art. I recommend this place for sure.

The good was fresh and really good flavor. I liked that they don’t charge extra for queso and guacamole. I will say their bowls are not so big but still great eats. I would love it if they had spinach

The freaking best! I go everyday after the gym! And specifically this location – they all remember me and start my bowl when they see me pull up. And if it’s a newbie… someone behind them will be like “Grab a small bowl and start with brown rice!” Haha! Love it! Good team there. Always clean. Always friendly and always tasty!

Not much to update! Great crew! Great food! Love the variety! These guys are always accomodating!

I absolutely love the texture of the cheese sauce. I love to build your bowl or burrito with your own choice. The drinks are great. The atmosphere is amazing. I stay in rowlett but my best friend stays in keller. This is my first time at this location. The cashier was amazing. She made my experience perfect. Serve time was with great patience and precision. This is the best place to eat Mexican food.

What did my family and I just eat? Burritos and Quesadillas that tasted like they could have come from a hospital vending machine. Absolutely disgusting, I’m sorry but GROSS. Flavorless except for the nasty sour aftertaste that I’m worried could have been from expired sauce. Questionable texture to the meat, and the burritos were rolled more like into a ball than a burrito. To make it even worse, I go to pick up our order and I am greeting by someone who acted like they couldn’t figure out why I was there, even after giving my name and saying multiple times I was there to pick up my order. This has got to be the WORST Mexican food I’ve ever had in my LIFE. I’m sitting here literally grossed out, feeling like I’m about to be sick and my poor family is in the same boat. Prices are sooooo far out of line compared to the quality of the ingredients used – it’s a JOKE. I will never, ever, go back to this place again. Bad food, overpriced, poor service – No Thanks! . #qdoba #takeout #fortworth #keller

Had a adobo chicken burrito bowl but I felt the food could be improved. The food was bland and previously they had many options in the toppings but I see limited toppings.

The service was good and they are very patient.

The atmosphere should be improved so that it’s easier to attract younger people.

I really use to like this place we always chose
it over Chipotle. Now they act like Chipotle with the servings. One tablespoon of chicken for a whole quesadilla and a half scoop of Pico de gallo the food didn’t even cover the whole tortilla and they charged me double meat because I didn’t want a quesadilla with only meat in the middle and cheese for the end pieces! Like be for real it wasn’t even enough for a five year old child. Definitely lost my families business!!

This place charged us a ridiculous amount of money and the employee Jesus was extremely rude. We were supposed to get free queso and guacamole so the our entrees and he charged us anyways and wouldn’t take it off. A meal that should have been $30 max was $10 extra because of his antics. Food was fine but customer service made it to where I’ll never be coming back! So rude

Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyal Visits to the location:

Today, I break my silence. I’ve been coming to this Qdoba location for over two years, about every 60–90 days. I even worked for Qdoba during undergrad 5–7 years ago, so I’m familiar with company standards and expectations.

My job frequently caters through Qdoba, and there’s a rack incentive for returning racks. On 11/12/25 around 8 PM, we arrived excited for the great food and service we’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming from the moment we walked in.

We entered with the catering racks, and several employees just stared at us no greeting, no “welcome in,” nothing. When we reached the counter, the staff continued to look confused until the manager came over. Thankfully, the manager was friendly, energetic, and helpful. I explained that we were using the catering rack incentive for free meals, and everyone seemed to understand.

However, when we began ordering, the employee serving the food gave noticeably small portions so light that we had to ask for extra just to make them normal-sized. Each time we asked for a bit more, she would glance at the cashier for approval, which made things awkward. The cashier was also watching us closely, ringing up every single addition as if waiting/wanting to charge for something.

When we reached the register, our total was $31.66. I reminded the cashier that our meals should be free under the rack incentive, and he replied, “Oh yeah.” Suddenly, the atmosphere turned tense as every employee began watching us. He then removed the meals but claimed we still owed $7 for “extra items.” I was surprised especially since the “extras” were normal portions, and my guacamole was on the side, not added to the bowl. After I questioned it, he removed the charges, clearly realizing it wasn’t fair.

Then he said, “You still owe $1.08.” At that point, I paid just to see the receipt. After inspecting my receipt, I noticed the $1.08 charge was for a side of guacamole which I received on the side, not as an extra, and did not order anything additional. As we walked to grab silverware and drinks, we overheard employees talking about our situation, even saying, “They needed to pay something.” That was extremely unprofessional.

We had planned to dine in but instead drove 35 minutes home to eat peacefully. Once home, we found that the food wasn’t even fresh—the adobo chicken was rubbery and tasted like it had been sitting out all day.

After two years of regular visits (and significant business my employer brings through catering), this experience was truly disappointing. I’ve always chosen this location because of its excellent service, but this new crew lacks customer service skills and professionalism aside from the kind manager who helped us at the start.

Sadly, I don’t see myself returning to this location anytime soon. I may give another Qdoba a try in the future, but this visit was unacceptable

So my sister ordered us some food and she picked it up at around 9:30pm. Had eaten from here once before and liked it, but after this last time ,never again. My sister got a chicken burrito for her and me , most of been last of chicken since hers had some( barely) yet mine was I guess you can call it a bean and cheese veggie burrito. Had not 1 piece of chicken in it, besides the guacamole being missing aswell .sure Had a ton of “fajita peppers ” that weren’t cooked and bunch of jalapeño pieces. Also had ordered 3 chicken tacos, which at least had chicken in it . Even though a drumstick has more chicken on it than the 3 tacos had altogether . Definitely will be going to the restaurant, not to buy anything but to either have this fixed or have a “talk” with the male workers that where there last night. If they where running out alor didn’t want to cook more chicken because it was near closing time than shouldn’t of accepted order or call her phone to either pick a different meat or to see if she wanted to cancel it , since they saw a chick’s name most likely felt they could do whatever they wanted to and what would she does since they were about to close. Well now they won’t worried about her, I’m a take care of it and see if doing whatever they felt like doing is gonna turn out for them. Oh and I know the pictures of the burrito look weird ,that’s cause I cut it open with multiple cuts and then with a spoon looked through it to see if I could find at least a couple pieces of chicken and maybe a small amount of guac , NOPE.
