If you want your order messed up almost every time you’re hungry, come to the Chardon Taco Bell!! Even after getting it “fixed” you’ll open the bag and see the order is still incorrect! Not to mention the fact it takes forever to get the food even when it’s clear theres no one around. I actively avoid this specific location because it shouldn’t take me screaming what my order was to get it right. Every one of my friends, family, AND peers have the same experiences here, if you had a better one that’s fantastic but I can’t remember the last time I had my correct order or getting it “fast” even tho it’s fast food.

I ordered a huge order at 9pm when it was not busy at all and instead of separating it into 2 bags they gave me 1 overfilled bag with the nacho fries spilled everywhere in the bag there when I asked for a new box of fries they rudely said no with no apology

Terrible. Took forever for 3 simple items. Only one other customer is the place. Nobody in drive thru. Order was for here, but they bagged it. While I was waiting one of the kids behind counter was rubbing his face with his hands. And didnt wash them. Lack of training. No thank you’s no greeting. Place is a dump. Nobody Evidently cleans dining room after lunch. Wonder what kind of excuses workers will come up with

This is the WORST Taco Bell i have ever been to!!! I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas no beans and extra meat and NO extra meat and they PUT BEANS on the pizza and I can’t have beans!!!! My husband ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken NO EXTRA CHICKEN on his chicken bowl and dry chicken! No one knows what they are doing and can’t get an order right. Chicken was dry, rice tasted weird. Restaurant is filthy, Food made me feel Sick.This is the second time in 3 months our orders were missing the Extra items we paid for. The 2nd time food made me feel sick!! NEVER coming back to this Taco bell again!!!! Read the 1 star reviews that will tell you how bad this place is. Drive the little extra distance and go to the Concord Taco bell. Get your ACTS together and if someone sais NO beans DO NOT PUT BEANS ON IT!!! PEOPLE HAVE ALLERGIES!!

This is Taco Bell in Chardon. Got a chicken flatbread and it had 4 one inch pieces of chicken on . When I opened it, showed it to the man at the counter and asked if it was a joke…his response was “We have an inspection coming up and were told to cut back on the amount of chicken we use but I can put more on an charge you for double meat!” It was ridiculous. Don’t go to this Taco Bell!!

Worst location I’ve ever been to, my girlfriend ordered (2) nacho Doritos locos tacos, were completely empty, $13 for 2 tacos with all tortilla, dressing and lettuce, called back up there and talked to the manager, told us that’s how they’re supposed to be made and if she ever got more from any other restaurant they’re overserving, then proceeded to hang up on her. So I called back and talked to another manager (apparently there was 3 managers working in the middle of a Sunday with no one in the restaurant), they proceeded to tell me the same, didn’t even offer to look at that food as proof it was done wrong, would give them zero stars if I could

We have eaten here 2 times in the last month, and each time was disappointing. Now I remember if we have to do fast food, we go to Middlefield.
The beefy 5 layer burrito had less than 1 top of meat and the size of a small sample. My chalupa suprime the 1st time was not toasted the 2nd time it was atvleat warm.
The only thing positive was the beverages.
We don’t drink pop/sodas at home, so the overly sweet mt.dew drink was like a dessert.
I had to stick stuff in the oven to crisp. My hands are small, and the pan below is a very small one from aldis.
If you want Taco Bell that actually tastes good and your order will be correct, go to Middlefield.

Stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes just to be told we had to go inside and wait another 20 minutes. Staff was rude and kitchen was filthy as well. Would not recommend going here
