My friends and I have made this our favorite stop on our way to SoFi stadium before the games. Conveniently located just off the 91 with plenty of space for our group. Always quick, delicious and incredibly warm Aloha spirit. I don’t ever order chicken outside but Mako recommended it so I tried it, it’ll surprise you, trust!

Aloha Platez is one of those places you go for good dependable food but always walk away meeting new friends. Prices are fair but once you consider the amount of food you get, it’s actually a really good deal.

Oh and those Malasadas are amazing. I’m not a desert person but I have to say their dough is light and bouncy, almost mochi level. It’s better than in Waikiki IMO. Simple but perfect, worth the try. I like it plain bc the dough is the best part.

This place is in what I like to call a foodie corner, and apartments basically in the same driveway.

When you enter this place, it’s warm and welcoming! They had lots of cool things to purchase besides food!

We ordered a lot, let’s get into it.

Hawaiian Freeze: This was super refreshing, and you can put different flavors in it.

Sake Freeze: A fun alcoholic version of the Hawaiian Freeze. This was also refreshing.

Local Deluxe (Spam & Portuguese Sausage): I upgraded the rice to Bacon Fried Rice, no regrets at all. Everything was fried perfectly, my Over-Medium Egg was exactly the way I love it. That Bacon Fried Rice just made this dish so much better!

Unlimited Toppings Pizza: Basically got the important meats, but added all the veggies, nothing overpowered anything else. It was amazing!

Ikaika: Oh, if you like your meat lovers pizza, look no further than this!

Daily Specials:

Chicken Katsu Curry: This was amazing, also adding the Bacon Fried Rice just gave it so much extra flavor. Would totally do it again!

Curry Pizza: Oh, crispy cheese, curry, and stewed veggies, would totally order it again.

Hands down one of my favorite spots for Hawaiian food. Would drive out of my way to get it again!

Came here a couple times years ago but now with the new ownership, Aloha Pizza is back and better than ever. It’s not just pizza, wings and shaved ice anymore. Now they have breakfast burritos, pancakes and the best malasadas in the South Bay! If you don’t know, go check them out

Checked this place out to try the new plate lunches. They’re delicious. The menu has a big selection of wings, Hawaiian pizza, plate lunches, and the desserts and malasadas look great. Will be back!

We tried Aloha Platez & Shave Ice Company for the first time and ordered two medium pizzas — the Kamehameha and the Sriracha Chicken — which was more than enough food for four people.

The pizzas were solid overall. The crust had good structure and flavor, not too thick or thin, and held up well while eating. The Kamehameha was a loaded combo-style option with plenty of veggies, and the Sriracha Chicken had good balance without being overly spicy. Both are easy to customize depending on your preferences (like removing olives or cilantro).

We ordered to-go, and the online ordering process was quick and straightforward. Service was friendly and everything was ready on time. Inside, the atmosphere felt like a casual neighborhood pizza spot — TVs playing the game and groups enjoying food and cheering on their teams.

Nothing necessarily stood out as exceptional, but everything was consistently good, making it a dependable option if you’re in the area and in the mood for pizza.

Food: 4/5
Service: 4/5
Ambiance: 4/5

Aloha Pizza has always been a good local pizza place with the best shave ice texture I’ve had on the mainland. Recently the torch passed to the Aunty Maile’s team, which is a restaurant I drive to even when I don’t live in the south bay. I’ll be coming by more.

The crust always has run a little dry for my taste, and that’s the same so far. The breakfast pizza is a fluffy egg delight with your choice of meats, although be warned it’s tomato sauce-less and we did not get green onions like I saw on social media. Malasadas have gotten added to the menu, and they’re amazing plain. Light, fluffy, slightly bready gems with a light coating of sugar for a not too sweet treat. I’m excited for the fillings coming soon. Call in fifteen minutes ahead because they fry them up fresh. The breakfast plates are the same excellent quality you get at Aunty Maile’s.

They’re just getting started so I can’t wait to see what’s coming.

The new owners, Junko & Kai, brought back the ALOHA spirit to this Hawaiian restaurant/bakery in the South Bay/LA area. You can immediately tell the staff genuinely enjoys their work. The food is consistently excellent, featuring high-quality Hawaiian food and don’t skip the desserts! They serve the best malasadas in all of California, specifically across LA County and the South Bay. I would confidently say they are better than Leonard’s Bakery on Oahu, and the best part is you get the fresh, hot malasadas without the long lines or the flight to Honolulu. Highly recommended for anyone craving Hawaiian food or breakfast and the best desserts in Southern California!

Kind and attentive staff. Went to try their new smash burger and want to go back and try the rest of the menu! Same ownership as Aunty Maile’s which I’ve been a fan of for a couple years.

Tried the malasadas and took 25 mins. It was made to order (it’s a good thing except for the time) my wife was having a hard time reading the price but when she asked the cashier about it he keep saying “it’s up there”. Definitely not customer friendly. Time to look for another place selling malasadas. Service should be rated on the minus side. Not recommending this place. Orders take forever. The parking is also pathetic. Try Kings Hawaiian next time. Clean, fast and courteous
