used to go here every morning, I have had employees burp in my face and then drop my card on the ground in line, scan their phone for rewards at the window for a drink I paid for, today was the last time going. I came into the drive thru and there is no cars in line nor at the window. I was on the phone and mentioned nobody was there and the girl on the speaker said told me to wait a minute. I drove away and left because im tired of the unprofessionalism from this location. won’t be returning, SUNNY SIP just two or three blocks down has BIGGER sizes, better QUALITY coffee and better SERVICE for the same dunkin price as well as a reward system too.

For two I ordered an iced americano because I know how watered down their coffee is usually so I figured oh they can’t mess up an iced americano. Nope. Straight sugar water it’s not even coffee. Drive thru, medium iced Dunkalatte and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I got an extremely sweet, hard to drink coffee. The sandwich was a muffin with one piece of bread missing. How do you throw that in a bag to serve to someone?

Incident Report:
The manager closed the front registers 47 minutes before the posted 8:00 PM closing time. The lobby doors were unlocked, but an open door doesn’t mean the store is open if the registers are shut down.
What made this even more frustrating is that the drive-thru was completely empty. We were the only customers there. There was absolutely no logical reason to force us out of the lobby to order at the drive-thru when the place was dead. It was embarrassing to bring a friend here, walk into an “open” lobby, and be turned away just because the staff decided to pack up early.
I am reporting this as the following operational violations:
Violation of Posted Brand Standard Hours: The location failed to adhere to the 8:00 PM closing time.
Unauthorized Denial of Service: Staff refused to tender a transaction while the location was open.
Improper Shut-Down Procedures: Critical equipment was broken down and cleaned during posted operating hours, preventing service.

I ordered my drink on the Uber app to be delivered to me at work and it was completely wrong and I could not drink it because it was not even close to the coffee I ordered. I’m very disappointed and do not want to come back because this is not the first time I had a problem with this location. I’ve had bugs in my coffee and I have them a couple changes but will not be returning. Horrible that you can’t get what you ordered. I order a Carmel iced coffee and I got this without the flavor and cream and liquid sugar I paid extra for also.

Yall… my mom ordered a mobile pickup and i picked it up little late cause i was unaware of the order. Went in to ask for a remake and this is what she handed to me. Im beyond disappointed, this was disgusting and a waste. On top of it all, the customer service was just as bad as the drink. Do better dunkin.

Drinks were good. However, we thought about not drinking the resturaunt is so dirty. It looks like the door glass and handles haven’t been cleaned since they opened several years ago. Dunkin has really gone down. So many stores are filthy like this one.

I ordered my drink on the app like I always do here, the app is fine. I was greeted at the window by Cathy, when she handed me my drink it did not have lite ice in it, that was fine. I just asked for another one with lite ice. She argued with me saying it was lite ice when I was looking at the cup and it was half full of ice. Then she walked to the back yelling about my lite ice saying “princess needs lite ice” another worker, very kind, brought me my remade drink that Cathy made. I sipped it and she did not put my extra flavors in that I ordered and it was regular coffee, not cold brew like I ordered. I had to all the gentleman to make it again and he did happily, meanwhile I could hear Cathy still yelling about “lite ice, princess needs lite ice”. I get out people have bad days but that was outlandish behavior and was completely inappropriate for my customer experience. I come to this drinking regularly and have never encountered her before and hope not to ever again.

So over this place! Juer recently moved closer to this location…. our order is NEVER right! They are constantly out of multiple items… Staff is rude! I will be driving further to get a coffee made correctly for now on. Pretty sad.
