Customer service could have been better, but I cannot complain. As far as food goes it was fresh it was hot just like I like it. Pretty tasty honest opinion. I do wish I had more lettuce or my sandwich though but overall hot and good. As far as price is pricey but what restaurant is it these days. Also check it out give it a chance

I guess I thought because out of 600 reviews it was a 4.5 star so it must be good but this was awful.
The girl at the counter couldn’t tell me the price of one empanada when it rang up way higher than the menu said. I ended up saying it’s fine, and tipped as well.
The dough is sweet like funnel cake, and the inside was soggy. The sweetness clashed with the beef and I wasn’t even sure what I was eating.
I had also said ground beef but got shredded instead.
Would not recommend.

How do you have a restaurant in America yet you don’t have an English menu. Wow, you’re killing your business. Pretty sure this is America and you do not have an English menu that’s just stupid. I’ve had their food from a food truck in Kissimmee and it was good, but the guy spoke English and was helpful this place is just a waste of my time. Literally drove over 2 hrs to eat here and couldn’t even order. I will definitely never visit again. If I can’t understand what I’m ordering what’s the point. Apparently, no one speaks English either ♂️ won’t be expecting them to stay in business long

They didn’t give us all the food we ordered, they hung up on us, and they lied about not speaking English? They speak English perfectly fine btw. They just didn’t wanna deal with the problem. Never order from them unless you want less food and no refund

Food was very good and tasty. I bit pricey, but large portions. The service was good, and the waitress gave us Venezuelan strawberry lollipops. Only downside is the food comes in a plastic tray with openings and the cheese falls everywhere and gets messy. Solid plates would be a better option.

I ordered an arepa with ham and cheese, it was the worst thing I’ve ever had. It felt like it was reheated multiple times, and whom in their right mind say they’re selling “ham and cheese arepa” and add mustard, ketchup, lettuce and tomato. Sorry but I didn’t order a burger.

I don’t know how this place can have good reviews when the customer service is so lousy, the food was horrible, it’s expensive for the quality, I went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready and I had to wait on the spot When I asked, nobody gave me an answer, when I finally received the food, it was cold, the presentation was terrible, they charged me for an item that they did not have in stock, and they had to reimburse me, they always make you wait, they never arrive on time and the Food isn’t really the worst Venezuelan food I’ve had in the area.
