I don’t recommend. They seemed understaffed, with one person taking orders, budding food, and clearing tables (the same one person), and one in the kitchen. Took 40 minutes to get our food. Food was ok but nothing special. I get it – this is an express type joint but to that point – staff it properly so it IS express. Would have liked to see a manager out on the floor who was concerned about improving the experience but in the hour and 40 minutes we spent there to get a pizza, breadsticks, and salad, we only saw the one little girl trying to run it all herself.

Jan 2024- Valerio’s is closed. It will be another restaurant in the spring. I hope they have a reasonably priced menu for families. This was owned by OWA & was not a 3rd party vendor…Nice casual italian place in OWA. Prices and portions are good. I really like their Farmers Salad. The kids liked the penne alfredo.

Woah. So initial wait in line…. 25 min. Wasn’t super upset about the wait. It was the judgment! I was recently got in an accident and I’m suffering with slurred speech and confusion. There’s nothing I can do about it. Grabbed beer for my fiancé just to hear the woman behind the counter tell a co worker that I was a drunk. (I don’t drink at all in general). But whatever. Then my fiancée goes to wait another 30 min in line for wings, the sign in our table said AVAILABLE. He stood in line for 30 min to be told they were out. His food came to the table while he was in line completely burned. It was just a all around terrible experience. Everything was bad, staff was rude, food TERRIBLE! The wait time…… extremely long. We spent an hour and 45 min here. For a salad and calzón. Not worth the money at all.

This place was horrible from the start. The wait for the food was 40 to 45 minutes. I only chose to eat here because of the reviews. Honestly, the 1 star is for effort and presentation. The food had no taste what so ever. We received our food and they forgot to give us the garlic bread. My husband went back to get it and he was given plain bread sticks with no garlic, the bread was almost burnt and they started to harden in minutes. I took them back and complained. Definitely, not going back. I think the owner needs a new chef or someone should consider culinary school. The pizza crust texture was weird. Ingredients not good quality. The salad portion was bad for the price paid. I don’t see how this business will survive. I don’t see how they are serving food like this. Hopefully, it gets better.

My daughter’s basketball team ate here for a tournament last weekend. The staff was very friendly, and the girls loved the pizza. I think it was a little overwhelming having a large order, and the one of the grownups had their food given to another party by mistake. The restaurant made it right and got her food.

We would definitely eat here again.

Best cauliflower crust pizza ever! The chef actually asks how crisp. I wanted the Crust and it turned out perfect. My friend got regular crust- make ur own pizza and the ingredients were plentiful and delicious. Service was also great. Great experience.

This place has the okayest pizza in the area. It’s a little better than Mellow Mushroom and just as expensive. Do you like having food tossed at you, then being ignored? Are you cool with zero drink refills and getting your own box? You might not hate this place.
The best thing it has going for it is a pretty good gluten free pizza crust.

Took our kids to OWA for our littles birthdays. We stopped in here for lunch because at the waterpark it was 15 dollars for a hamburger and with a big party of us I just couldn’t justify it. The pizza was delicious and made quickly but what made this place stand out was the service. By far the most exceptional service I’ve ever had. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

So dissatisfied with this pizza… it’s just not good at all. The pizza place that used to be here was so delicious… this is just not at all. The crust taste frozen. We did have one of the pizzas ordered incorrectly, but we are the type of people that understand mistakes… but this pizza is just bad. At least it wasn’t crazy expensive.
