Wow… best smoothie I have ever had! I went in and wanted to try something not my usual and they were very helpful and talking me through trying something new. The place was so incredibly clean and bright. And my cup had the sweetest message on it and it made my day.

My first time visiting this location. Everything seemed fine until I glanced inside and watch the young man use his shirt to wipe my cup clean. I am not sure if there was a napkin shortage. He lifted up his shirt, used the inside of the shirt to wipe the cup. When I asked, did you just wipe your shirt on my cup, he stated oh it was just on the side. Of course now you have to question every health code practice in place. Obviously never again.

The lady at the drive through window Amirah C. Was rude as hell she did not greet me laughing & talking to her coworkers, on her phone, when she gave me my change back I said thank you. She hurried up and closed the window on me! If you dont want to be at work find another job. Customer Service isn’t for you Amirah C. Smoothie King is most likely the only job you will have with that attitude.

$9.50 smoothies filled only to 75% of the cup with the rest empty and served with a side of attitude is crazy. A pleasant attitude and simple thank you for the paying costumer goes a long way. Girl working there acts like she’s doing me a favor by giving me my $10 smoothie lol.

The customer service is horrible at this location. I came inside to place an order and no one said anything to me. I stood at the register for a good 10 minutes and when the young lady Shyann finally walked over, she just looked at us and didn’t say anything. After we placed our order they were just walking around slamming shit like they hated their job. If that’s the case find another job please. I would recommend another location!

Today, I went through the drive-through to get smoothie like always. Paid young lady, and when she reached my change to me, she dropped half of my change, close window and returned with the order. So I asked about my change and she said, “What you want me to get it? I can’t go outside to get change.” And I said,”I’m not getting out my car to get it. ” So I asked to speak to the manager. With no problem, she gave me my change and said that she would take care of the young lady. Whatever that means. This was my first time having an issue. I go to this location at least once or twice a week. It can change, though, if the employees are being disrespectful …
