I typically don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts often. This location is convenient to where I have to go so I made a quick stop this morning. I felt the need to give Angie the recognition she so well deserves. Her energy, customer service and ability to deliver a great cup of coffee is exemplary. Not only is Angie funny, she managed to put a smile on my face when my morning was going just ‘okay.’ Angie made my day. May she be given the well deserved praises for her good work. Thank you.

I was ordering in the drive through and the worker Alexis was incredibly rude when I had to ask a question about if they were hiring. I nicely said “I have another question” and she sighs and says “what.” with what sounded like attitude. I don’t think workers should be speaking to customers that way. and when I got to the window she was very impatient when the card reader wasn’t working.

I have tried calling the specific store however unable to reach anyone, unable to contact anyone online because it’s requiring me to provide the “area of service” but will not let me select anything and then sat on hold for 5 minutes with the corporate line and after telling the gentleman my issue he said I was breaking up and then the line went out so going to google is my next option as I am not able to go back to the store at the moment. Today, at about 7:30am I got a coffee from this location. After I got down the road I noticed I had a black ant in my mouth, when I looked in my coffee there were SEVERAL black ants in my coffee. This is absolutely disgusting and this location should not be serving coffee until everything has been cleaned.

This dunkin is in an inconvenient location. It’s situated between an eye glass store and a dollar tree and it’s makes navigating the drive thru an issue.
The male employee who spoke with me at the drive thru speaker was very nice. I pulled up to the window and the woman who was working there didn’t acknowledge my presence. Which sometimes is nice, I don’t need to hear good morning, or have my order repeated back to me or told thank you have a nice day. Sometimes I want to be ignored and have a bag thrust into my face. She gets it.
The food? I’ve never had a wet donut before but I guess there is a first for everything.
I will avoid this location.

Literally picked this up 10mins ago and there’s Mold on my sandwich this is completely unacceptable. Never eating here again
Edit: I called and explained the situation and the food was replaced with several very much appreciated apologies from I what assume was the manager on duty most likely not to return however simply because the food management seems a bit lax

Cutest Dunkin I’ve ever seen! They even put seasonal decor on the tables. Cheery, genuinely friendly service. Not as crowded or hurried as the other two in St. Cloud. Great for meetups. Music is for college age (whereas the music was for high schoolers at the 92-Erlo Johnson St location and fast Latin hits at the Simpson Rd location). And of course, great coffee and selection of donuts.

I stopped going to this location and the one next to Aldi in St Cloud for the same reason. Food always wrong and customer service. I decided to surprise my kid with a sandwich because he loves the bacon croissants. I got an egg on a croissant no bacon. Both locations ask you to pull up and park in front of the building to wait whether you order a hot coffee or a sandwich. This is highly unsafe and my car has been hit once because of this. The managers and owner need to be more concerned with safety than their timers. After more than a year of not going they haven’t changed.
Today I was greeted with “What do you want?” And short rude tone. No customers in drive through or inside but was asked to pull around anyways. The girl spent more time going back and forth with me and the manager on the radio than it would have taken to make the food. I go to the Rummell location and its a completely different experience.
Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have never experienced such unprofessional and rude service until today. When I asked questions, I was met with dismissive responses like “I don’t know,” which was shocking and completely unacceptable. I left feeling extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Dunkin please do better!

I dont know why I keep going to that location, is always something wrong. Today the coffe Medium, half way full and the Hashbrowns were stale or burnt. I need to stop supporting this location and drive a little more down the road and go to the other dunking donuts.
