Yes I willingly waited in line because I had a major craving for the cheese bread and marinara sauce but waiting over 40 minutes in a drive through line should not be happening ESPECIALLY with the freakin slogan is “hot-n-ready” cause it sure isn’t ready! To be clear though, the employees are always super nice there. I’ve never had an issue in that regard.

Ordered extra most bestest pizza and paid for it. Came home and we received normal pizzas. Called the store to work something out and was told by someone immediately “you have to bring the pizzas back for me to replace them”. I didn’t want free pizzas, I just wanted the difference in money offered back or at least an IOU for my next visit.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Whatever happened to got and ready pizzas? Nobody is ahead of you in the line and you sit there for 30 mins at the speaker. When you first pull up to the speaker you get told it’ll be just a few minutes. You wait 30 and call them to see if everything is okay like is there a medical emergency or something going on. They say they will get to the speaker in a minute. Ok cool they get to the speaker and then they say it’ll be another 45 minute before they can accept anymore orders. So you’re telling me it’ll be 1 hour 15 minutes total just to make an order while sitting at the speaker? And then what another 20-30 minutes for it to be made. The Glasgow location has been terrible and honestly needs to close its door and find some valued workers that actually care about their job not sitting outside hitting their vapes walking in and out the back door to hit vapes. Yesterday I went at 9:25pm and as I pull up to the speaker I get told they can’t make any orders that they’re closing soon. Yes you close at 10:00pm. You door your cleaning and shutting down after you close not a hour before you close so either change closing time to 9:00pm or shut down after you close. I would like to talk to corporate about this incident.

Worst service I’ve ever seen at a Little Caesars. Ordered for pick up, and stood at the front counter to pick up my food longer than it took for them to make it as they didn’t put it in the pizza portal (20 minutes). Went through the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes to get it as they just ignore their front counter and the room filled with customers. The whole time my orders just sitting on the table instead of in a warmer, so the whole order was barely warm by the time I got it home. Would have just went to dominos for better service if I hadn’t already paid through the app.

Sat in line for over an hour and a half (clock still ticking) in the drive through with about five cars ahead of me. If your in a hurry don’t come here I think they have to go harvest the wheat to make the crusts while your in line.

This location is back in a slump. Slow service, and sometimes no service bc of staffing issues. Another Glasgow chain that’s hit or miss on what you get service wise, and for quality of food. We now check our pizza bc of receiving two past orders that were burnt. Our Most recent trip, the food was good but we waited an unreasonable amount of time for a hot and ready pizza. Another car in line ahead of us ended up pulling off. When we got to the window they almost charged us for that cars order. We would’ve pulled off but was wore out from an 11hr road trip. We just wanted to grab food and get home. Little Ceasars only had 3 cars ahead of us. Our hot and ready was put in the oven as we pulled to the window. The manager inside never acknowledged any of the drive thru. They had the lobby closed that day as well. Poor service this trip for sure.

I ordered a pizza on the app. It said I could pick it up inside. When I got to the restaurant they had closed the lobby early and told me to get in the drive thru line. It is 6:20 now. My pizza has been finished since 5:45. One more car to go. If the app hadn’t already charged me I would leave.

Waited in line for 45 minutes at the drive thru and got told to pull into a parking spot and they’d bring it out waited another 35 minutes. The lobby door was locked, I assume because they couldn’t keep up with all the orders. One of the guys working kept walking out the back door to run to their car and the others on drive thru weren’t doing much. The two older guys were the only ones running around doing every job in there, I felt awful for them.My husband had to knock on the door to get their attention to finally get our food, and of course they sent the only guy doing EVERYTHING already to handle it. POOR management, that’s the issue.

We ordered a pizza online to pickup between 3:54-3:59. We got in line around 4, we waited on the 2 cars in front of us for 15-20 minutes, and it didnt seem like they even got to order. We get to the speaker and no one says anything, we say hello and they tell us its gonna be another 15 minute wait just to order . Thankfully we ordered online, for drive thru pickup. I tell him we have an order and I get told to go inside to pick up. Okay not a big deal but 20 minutes wasted when our pizza was ready. I thought little Caesars was hot and ready? The pizza we ordered was stuffed crust and they didnt get that right either.

My wife and I loved Little Caesars Pizza. But we tried to order a pizza online yesterday (Oct. 13, 2025), and their system was down and wouldn’t let us order. So my wife called Little Caesars in Glasgow, KY to place an order for pickup, and the person on the phone wouldn’t take the order. So I told my wife the heck with it then, just order a pizza from somewhere else, and she did, she ordered a pizza from Papa John’s instead.
We felt since your online system was down, you could have at least taken our order by phone.
Update 11-06-2025 – It happened again.
Last night ( 11-5-2025) at 6:41pm my wife and I drove through to the drive-through to order Pizza, and a woman came on the speaker and said: “We’re no longer taking orders for the rest of the night.”
We “use to” get good food and good service at Little Caesars Pizza 751 West Cherry Street, Glasgow, KY . But lately, we get no food and no service. I seriously don’t we’ll ever go back there now.
