Shake Shack has kiosks as you enter where you can order and pay, or you can order at the counter if you know what you want. They text you when your order is ready at the counter. They have a decent sized dining room, and also an outdoor patio, but no heat lamps.
We had the veggie burger and vegan burger, which are identical save for the provolone cheese. These are delicious burgers! They are truly near the top of any veggie burger we’ve tried, and we’ve had MANY. Their foundation is shredded beets, and the patties are not mushy. They are firm and flavorful. The burgers are topped with onions, tomatoes, pickles, and the bun was very good–not too moist. The crinkle fries were crispy and well seasoned.
We also tried a vanilla-chocolate frozen custard, and it was really good. Not too sweet. Their specially is there Shake, obviously. They serve beer and wine, too. I highly recommend you give the Shake Shack a try.
