Adorable little Italian restaurant in my home town! The place was busy the night I stopped in but the staff handled it well. Would definitely come back!

Not busy at 5pm on a Friday night, could be a good or bad thing. Food didnt taste authentic and when asked how much of the food was homemade the server aka bar tender said 100%. Question: Are the meatballs homemade…..oh yea no he said those come from Dallas. Unfortunately the sauce tasted like it came out of a can so very likely more than just the meatballs are not authentic. Salad was good and the bread did taste freshly baked. Pretty inside but not worth a second visit. Oh and they have no idea what sweetener is but a customer brought us some as they were leaving lol. Not really wheelchair friendly on spacing in restaurant.

As a direct referral from the owners from Cake & Company in Ark city; we dropped in here for a late evening Italian dinner on a late Saturday night for a little Italian food, and this place is wonderful.
It is a small family owned business in Winfield, Kansas and it is definitely the center of flavor town.
As you can see from the pictures, everything was great and I would highly recommend Lugieg’s special, it was an incredible as the menus and server described.
The service here was great, and as I said, it’s a family owned custom Italian restaurant, rather than a big box chain of flavorless food .
I would highly recommend this place.
I would give it five stars all day, every day and you definitely should give it a try.

Small portions !! We gave it one more try hoping things would be better we will not eat here again. The food is just really not that good. I don’t think the people that work there very friendly .

I went to SC in the late Sixties (yes I still live), and there was never a place as nice as Luigi’s to take a date. Never. The cuisine, wine, and service are quite fine. Winfield is very fortunate.

Food was definitely missing quality. The Lobster Ravioli for $15 you should get more than four Ravioli. Pizza had no cheese on it, very little sauce, and was burnt. Next time we come to town, we will pass by this place! No Thank You!

Found this little gem by accident when we took an evening motorcycle ride. The place we were planning to go was closed, permanently. Drove through town and was about to head home a different direction, came around the block, there it was on a corner and side street. Very good food, nice atmosphere. Was surprised bto find such a nice little place open on a Sunday evening. Will return with our family. Hopefully in the near future. Thanks for a very enjoyable meal!

I visited here as part of the Winfield Dining program and was very pleased at both the service and food. Unfortunately, I came after they had closed the dining room, but I was graciously allowed to carry my food home. Some day I want to eat in and be waited on.

Just finished lunch at luigi’s and what a disappointment. I had tortellini modi mio. The tortellini was so overcooked it was mush with any cheese filling long since boiled away. The portion size was tiny and the sauce had the distinct taste of dish water. Give this place a pass
