It was late at night. I couldn’t see the gentleman’s name tag. He was a slim, young man working by himself and had long braids or dreads. I felt the need to leave feedback, saying he was polite, honest, efficient, and quick. It was the best service I’ve received in a long time from Arby’s. I wasn’t expecting him to be taking orders as it was five minutes to closing, but I’m glad I took the chance. He made the experience on a whole other level of positivity and excellence. I will definitely be spreading the word and returning, maybe in 24 hours, just because of that service from that gentleman. I wasn’t expecting that at all. He was glad to be there, and it showed excellent customer service. I’ve been in the business for over 20 years. Thank you so much.

They gave my food to the car pulled up ahead of me-just beyond the window- and when the employee was called back by customer to retrieve my order, they re-wrapped the sandwhich and brought inside to the manager (clearly different uniform) who proceeded to re-bag within my view and have the same employee serve it to me. I asked was this food given to those people? And the employee responded YES. I was given a refund by same manager that re-bagged the food and sent it out.

Cheddar and beef tasted weird, and look how tiny my slider was! Literally one piece of beef, that was ridiculous. Drive through line took around 20 mins for 3 cars.

Arby’s is one of my favorites! Their Reuben, the french dip, the sliders, especially the buffalo chicken! Their curly fry’s and cheese sauce with them! Love the horsy sauce on most all their sandwiches. I even dip my fries in it sometimes.

Literally ordered one of the new deluxe burgers, from this place. But instead of being given a burger, they gave me just a plain roast beef sandwich. Figures knowing the employee working the drive thru acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Won’t be going to this Arby’s again for a long while.

The general experience I had here was average. The place was almost empty but it took a bit of time to get everything ready. Food was decent, with French Dip being acceptable for fast food but nothing special. Curly fries are the main reason to go here over somewhere else, and that hasn’t changed. Not somewhere I’m excited to rush back to but good enough to accept it if someone else with me wants to.
