I cant say enough good things about this place. The overall experience was fantastic. The best Ramen and Bao Buns we’ve ever had. You can taste the freshness and quality of the food. Love that they have so many drinks to offer that pair up really nicely with your meals. Lastly one of the main reasons we had such a great experience is because of our waitress Taylor. Not only is she very sweet but she enjoys her job and it shows because she was so helpful with making recommendations. Never hesitating to answer our questions and just made us feel very welcomed. Exactly what you would want for a first time experience. Cant wait to come back on a Sunday to try out their breakfast

Stayed in town over the weekend and decided to try our blockhead beer works
We ordered the crab Rangoon and they were delicious!! The sauce was very good, the crab wasn’t super overpowering, they were very hot fresh out of the kitchen.
We also ordered the general tso wings. They were crisp, sauced well and had great flavor, very hot out of the fryer.
My wife got the Caesar salad, it was good but nothing to write home about.
I ordered the beef sandwich on the baguette and it was amazing. The beef was well cooked, the flavor was good, the fries had their own profile too them that complimented the food well. It came with a side of the Korean bbq sauce and it was great. Had a little kick to it.
We also tried their fruit punch shots which were delicious!
Will definitely be back

Just a fabulous spot with the kindest staff! We had a blast sitting at the bar. The sushi was out of this world, and the bao were fluffy and soft! Cannot wait to go back!!! Their merch is top tier, as well.

Blockhead hits it out of the park everytime. Unique line up of draft beers, rolls, and noodles. I got the flight so I could sample 4 different beers, the drunken noodles with ribeye, and the December roll of the month, all great choices.

Quickly becoming one of our favorites – definitely a favorite in Valparaiso!
We enjoy the variety of cocktails and the ability to add things to our dishes. Food prep and plating is superior to most others; a nice touch. It feels the staff has real comraderie too. Each time our server has been great. Emily did awesome this last time. And, of course the food is really very good. Everything I’ve had has been excellent.
If you go, I definitely recommend getting some Bao Buns for the table as an appetizer and lean on your server for other suggestions.

My wife and I had a hankering for noodles and found that Blockhead Brewery had a variety of options that enticed us. We had Jake wait on us and he was a true delight. He shared his preferences with us that allowed us to make great choices. The food was absolutely amazing and had awesome flavors. The quantity and quality was exceptional. The local bee and spirits hit a high note. The overall atmosphere was light and happy. 5 stars kudos to Jake snd the staff. Will be coming back. P S ask to see the brewery

We were really impressed with the food here. I loved the drunken noodles and the BAO. Give the crab ragoons a try! Also try out the raspberry lemonade sour. We will definitely be back.

I really can’t think of anything negative I could say about this place. The food here has always been spectacular (even the appetizers!) and the service is always top tier. The atmosphere in the building is great and as far as really fantastic Asian fusion goes, this place is easily my #1 spot. The Sushi has never let me down and the plating itself is always very high quality. Honestly, if I had to levy a criticism against this place it’d be that the smash burger is always on the menu (It’s the closest thing I can get to my beloved Mixtape!). Not sure how anyone can dislike this place. An easy recommendation and a favorite of anyone in Valpo with a brain.
